If they found something wrong they explained to me to find out if I want to fix the problem or come back another day to finish. My car was done quickly. We were shuttled to where we wanted to go and… they said they would come and pick us up when the car was done. Everyone that was at the dealership was pleasant. I enjoyed my experience and I will definitely be getting my oil changed at Lithia Ford from now on.warranty oil change - life time
