by DodgeRamz on 02/27/2016No surprises or extra costs, all as expected. I drive 320 miles one-way if any service repairs are needed on my Ram diesel. The service department is always accommodating and I always leave satisfied.Great help with our Extended Warrenty company
by WitchMama on 01/28/2016Our advisor was amazing! We have an extended warrenty on our 2012 Ram because it has a lift kit, he made all of the calls and took care of everything for us!!Daryl Doney is very honest and compassionate
by nessy1980 on 01/28/2016My family and I came here for a transmission flush, oil change and spark plugs. We live 5 hours away. Our van had stalled on the way here. I of course was scared and freaked out. I told Daryl what happened and told him I was scared of my… van breaking down on the way home. He was very compassionate and understanding. He had my van checked out to ensure I would get home safely. I told him money was not a issue and I would pay whatever it takes to get home. He did not take advantage of me at all. I highly recommend Lithia dodge. They care more your loyalty than screwing you over.Bad reveiw
by lgrancher on 11/28/2015I have bought several new vehicles in my life. Only at lithia did I almost run out of diesel on the way home from buying a new vehicle. Only lithia took two months to pay off my trade in. I made two payments on my old vehicle after I traded… it to them. Lithia in Billing Montana does not put block heaters on there diesel pickups. Some one in lithia sales told me a lot of people in Montana don't want block heaters on their diesel pickups. [non-permissible content removed]!!!!! By far the worst dealership I have ever bought a vehicle from. Thanks Chris
by DFisher99 on 11/08/2015Chris did a great job on the work of my truck and worked with my financial issues to get the work that needed to be done completed.Great Service
by cwheeler42 on 08/10/2015updated 10/21/2015Great experience, all work was performed as needed. That Chris W is a great employee!Fantastic purchase experience
by LE_06_Hummer on 10/09/2015Donna from online customer care and Mike from the sales team made this quite possibly the easiest purchase ever. There was no stress involved whatsoever. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this Lithia dealership. I don't think… I will ever shop any where else. Give Donna and Mike a shot at making your purchase memorable in a good way, you won't be disappointed.1st time visit to get service
by DodgeRam_Fan on 10/10/2015For the price I paid, I was hoping it would of got washed and/or vacuumed.Just a terrible crooked dealer
by nick19d on 09/24/2015Hands down the worst dealer in town. They would LOVE to sell you a car just don't expect them to honor the warranty they provide or fix your vehicle in a timely manner. Had my jeep six weeks. They still have yet to fix the issue it had when… I bought it and they cannot even be bothered to call me. Really just a horrible buying experience and I will recommend to EVERYONE I meet to spend their hard earned dollars someplace that can follow through with their promises. Completely unacceptable and down right incompetent. Dave Principe and Bruce Mapley see these two if you want to be blown off. Go down the road! Plenty of dealers in town.Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Billings A-1 Sales
by Rca1108 on 09/15/2015Our salesman did a very good job. Gave vital info re: different models and helped us pick the right vehicle. Got a good deal and low interest!! Would go back - Definitely!!Returning Customer!!
by DodgeRam_Fan on 09/04/2015I had a hard time trusting salesman and dealerships, but Lithia Dodge of Billings is different. From the first time I talked to them on the phone, to when I walked in. They treated me like the way a person wants to be treated. Would I go… back and get another vehicle from them, Yes! And I did.Great experience
by ARFF1740 on 07/19/2015Clinton Shelton and staff was great. Honest, patient and straight forward. We spent 2 hrs from selection to driving the vehicle off the lot.def repair
by Hellcatman on 03/18/2015The service guys once again were great. This ram diesel has had a def problem from the start and I think this time we found the problem and they took care of it. Great job Ryan, Dave and Kevin.service department
by ashleyk5185 on 01/25/2015Newly purchased vehicles shouldn't have so much out of pocket cost especially since the customer bought the extended warranty. The worst experiences I've even encountered
by RoseLady on 08/29/2014Absolutely the worst auto purchase(S) I've ever had the misfortune to experience!! First, Lithia Doge sold me a lemon. I then went to the other Lithia Toyota dealer. Purchased ANOTHER SUV. Within 3 hours of driving it off the lot it had… serious issues. They would not make good on the repair and the subsequent problem that arose from it. I had the purchase price returned...but now I have NO vehicle to drive and cannot find another one. I haven't been without a vehicle since I was a teen. That's been a long time. Do NOT buy from Lithia dealers. Unless you are blessed enough to buy a new one under warranty...you'd be very sorry. My salesman was great but the management of BOTH dealers have taken the terms rude and disrespectful to new levels, This whole nightmare has been a 3 month process. Don't go there. ):Car shopping
by ChryslerChic on 08/14/2014I was contacted by this dealership a few times before I could respond back and they seemed more than confident they could find what I was looking for, even though the more detailed I got the less I heard from them until one day I didn't… hear back anything on what they had found and that was 3 weeks ago. I would appreciate some form of email stating that they can't find what I'm looking for or something, not just dropping the search and not telling me. I may be difficult but I know what I want and I am not willing to settle until I find it.Excuses, excuses and more excuses!
by robcarp on 06/20/2013updated 08/04/2025If you have a choice and are in need of Body or Service work... DO NOT GO TO LITHIA DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP of Billings! ISSUE #1:First I tried to purchase a NEW truck from Lithia Chrysler/Dodge of Billings. The salesman apparently didn't… think I could afford it so he kept pointing me towards used vehicles that I very plainly said, "I'm not interested in used." After going to a different Dodge/Chrysler dealership that actually wanted to sell me a new truck, I settled on a 2012 Ram Megacab. Love the truck! ISSUE #2:After a week the entry/floor lights stopped working. Dropped my truck off at the dealership in Billings where I live. Picked it up later that day and was told it was fixed. When I opened the door there was no light on the drivers floor. Looked under the dash and the ENTIRE light fixture was missing! The service manager proceeded to tell me that the fixture was the problem and they removed it, thus fixing it. I said you didn't fix anything??? You just pulled a part off my new truck and never said anything to me. They fiddled around a bit showing little or no concern. Finally I asked how they knew it was broken. They said they unplugged it and everything worked fine so it was broken. I then asked whether it was shorting-out, connected wrong, etc??? They had no answer. I then asked whether or not they had checked the bulb to be sure it was the proper wattage. They said they did not check the bulb. I took my fixture, checked the bulb size, which was incorrect, put the right bulb in and it worked fine. Throughout this entire process they tried to tell me the factory floor lights were aftermarket....even though the paperwork and there computer listed it as a factory option. ISSUE #3:Door molding started to separate from the door. Took it in thinking a simple replacement of the double-stick tape would do. After 15-20 minutes of being told it was not a factory option(surprise) they looked it up on the Dodge vehicle database to find out that once again this was indeed on the truck from the start. They said they would order it and I could bring it in the next week for repair. When I showed up the next week on-time I was told that they had only ordered 2 of 4 door trim pieces and would need to come back the following week. When I returned this time they said it shouldn't be an issue to replace and would have it by noon. At 2pm they call to tell me they have all 4 pieces of trim but they ordered the wrong ones. At this point I was so tired of subjecting myself to their POOR customer service I said they would work fine and to just install them. ISSUE #4: 3 weeks after replacing the door trim the same double stick tape began to separate on the factory/OEM fender trim. Once again I went to the body shop, went through the whole conversation about how those probably were not factory flares(even though they were the same OEM flares on the trucks sitting in their lot) and would not be a warranty issue. Once again they looked it up to find it was a factory/dealer option that was OEM equipment. After leaving my truck for an entire day to re-stick two wheel flares they seemingly decided to jam a plastic pry-tool to remove the flare. This took a perfectly shaped flare that was simply pulling away and now covered the top edge from front to back with deep, black gouges(on a white truck). When shown their handy work they then tried to tell me that they were not supposed to fix that issue because it wasn't warranty(again, really???) and that they would have to see if Chrysler would replace it. I responded that the issue at this point is not with Chrysler but with the UNTRAINED lot attendant you let loose on my truck with a plastic pry bar. I don't have faith they will handle this well.... Long story short... they have very poor customer service, very poorly trained automotive techs, and they look for every excuse to not be responsible for their work! Go somewhere else and save yourself the time and money!Hello Bob, I am sorry that your experience has not lived up to your expectations. Condecending
by Ollady on 11/09/2013updated 08/04/2025I'm 70 years old and drive a 2012 Chrysler T&C with 47,000 miles. I was interested in a 2014 advertised on their web site for just over $35,000 with incentives and rebates. Just now for the sake of rounding numbers let's say the price was… $35,000. After looking at other T & C's I told them I was interested in a purchase with a trade-in. Well, since it was the end of October the salesman said he could offer me a "really good deal!" The end of the month savings? Their offer was $12,000 trade in and $23,000 cash!!! WHERE was the "good deal" he was all excited about? Was he conning "the old lady"? Sorry, I didn't see any really good deal, can you?Hello, I am sorry that your experience did not live up to your expectations. We strive to provide excellent customer service to all of our customers. This does not sound like our standard of service and I would like to investigate this incident further. I would appreciate speaking with you directly regarding this. Please contact me at 406-652-2200 or via email at ksmith@lithia.com. I look forward to speaking with you. Sincerely, Kevin Smith, General Sales Manager
Condescending is an understatement. This customer is correct.
If you want it fixed, go somewhere else
by Marcus777 on 03/14/2014updated 08/04/2025I have a dodge intrepid that I took into this dealer for some work. The car had been running perfectly for a number of years but it was time to replace the timing belt. I also had them put on new accessory and serpentine belts as they had… to remove them anyway. They did the work at a fairly competitive price even after gouging pretty heavily on the accessory and serpentine belt. Two days after they did the work, the belts start screeching terribly. We took it back in and after three hours the mechanics wouldn't give much of an answer about it other than to say they adjusted the belts. No write up of work done. Ok...So we drive it home and about 20 minutes later we have an errand to run. The car won't start. Dead as a door nail. We call dodge and they send a tow truck who is able to jump the car so we can limp back to dodge. After another hour, one of the mechanics tells us the battery is bad. We had put in a new battery 3 months prior and never had an issue. We ask him for other details and all he will say is that it "tests weird". Nothing else. So we leave and the next day we take the car to the mechanic who replaced the battery before. The battery is under warrantee. The mechanic reports that the battery cable connections were loose and the contacts were stretched and this may have caused one of the cells to be damaged. Battery is now replaced...but who knows if the other work dodge did on the car is shoddy too? So after three visits to the dodge dealer, my fine running dodge no longer runs perfectly. Dodge was unable to do standard maintenance successfully. I called them after the whole fiasco just to let them know about the whole experience. They haven't gotten back to me. I would recommend anyone considering a visit to this dealer's mechanic shop reconsider.Hello Marcus777, We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by the belt replacement. It is normal for the belts to stretch, and we should have tightened them a bit more to begin with. Our Master Certified Technician did the belt replacement, but nothing he did required him to do anything with the battery. Our work was done according to factory-standards and we would welcome any questions you have on the work done or further testing. Please call our Service Manager, Dave Principe, he would be happy to assist you. He can be reached at 406-652-2071. We strive to provide an outstanding experience and we appreciate your feedback. It will be utilized in our ongoing training efforts. We would appreciate an opportunity to earn back your trust and business, and to demonstrate our commitment to customer service. Sincerely, Kevin Smith, General Sales Manager.
