My Window on the rear passenger side kept rolling down. I would roll it up and down it came. Then it finally would… not close up at all. I drove to Lithia Dodge in Billings MT They found the ladder resting on the swirch in the door. They repositioned the ladder and after a good laugh there was no charge! Thanks again!!Hands down the best service

Sal listened to our needs and found us the right car for us. I was contacted by the… service department when in a follow up text, I let them know the change oil light comes on. I still don't have that resolved but that is on me; I have not returned the call yet although Hunter informed me via text the O&F had been completed. My only concern is something that may not have to do with our vehicle purchase but both my husband and I have had numerous texts and calls from unsolicited places on our cell phones that started immediately following the purchase. It may a coincidence. I hope our contact information was not 'sold' or given out via the dealership. Overall, very satisfied with the experience.
