Service department did a good job with my oil change, regular inspection and tire rotation. They also paid attention to an issue with my trim and ordered the new piece of trim for a future repair. They were friendly and got the job done… in a reasonable time. I will definitely be back again.

by Rollinon on 12/30/2018I stopped by Modern Auto without an appointment, near 5 pm, because I had needed a jump start due to a dead battery. I thought I might need a new battery. The service department took the car right in, checked the battery and tested the… alternator, (my request), and about 15-20 minutes later I was on my way again. Everything had tested well, and although the mechanic said I could get a new battery if I wanted, he also said the battery and alternator were in great condition, and he wasn't recommending I purchase a new one. There was no charge for the service performed. Kudos to the service department!!!Oil change

by Pissed off on 11/17/2018Brought truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. Asked the to check left front tire as it was constantly going low. It took one and a half hours and the said they could not find any thing wrong with the tire. Got the same indication… warning for LF tire low only that tire was now on the RR, Sensors not update w/ rotation? Then the ABS light came on. Pulled the LF wheel off, the Speed sensor harness had been cut clean, both wires and jacket, in half about a 1/4" from the upper mounting connection. beveled cut like from a pair of wire cutters. Now they want $367.80 for a whole hub assembly. Tire not fixed, sensors mixed up and now ABS harness cut. Not happy at all.Emily Stogsdill
by EmilyStogsd on 09/03/2018updated 09/13/2018Excellent. Called about a dead battery and was immediately seen same day (on a weekend) & my battery was replaced within an hour or so of dropping my car off. Cashier was polite & service was fantastic.
