    Outstanding service, Bill Dickman (service advisor), is knowledgeable and very helpful. It's a pleasure to work with Bill. John Vogel (service tech) did excellent on repairing our vehicle. Both are keepers... Kathleen & Gary Gerber, [contact info removed]

    Andy did an ANAZING job at helping me find the car I wanted and helped me through the process of having my grandpa do sign. He is a great sales man!

    Amber French my sales associate was wonderful. I will be sending anyone I know looking for an auto to her. She worked for me and did everything to get me into the truck I wanted. She's an asset to the company for sure.

    Even without an appointment, they were able to work me in and my car was finished that day. Even gave me a ride home because I was not planning on getting my car fixed so fast.

    I had a standard oil change. After waiting for my car to be finished for about an hour, the tech who had checked me in came into the waiting room and was very apologetic. He said he wanted to explain why there was a delay. In finishing with my car, my car key had fallen apart/broken. The service tech was up at the parts dept trying to figure out how to fix it. After going back out to check on things and then coming back to talk to me again, the tech offered to drive me to my house to pick up a spare key. Unfortunately this exact situation had happened with my key last year. I was able to show the techs how to use the half of a piece of key to get my car to start and was then able to leave. Both techs that were assisting me were wonderful and the tech that had been carrying the key when it fell apart felt awful for the situation and continuously apologized. After following my directions of how to "rig" the pieces of the key in the ignition so that the car could still be used, he came back and apologized for not having thought of the idea I had given him to use in the first place. The key issue was entirely not their fault. It appears there is a defect in the way the key is made since this is the second time in a year that I have had this happen. All in all, even though it became a 2 hour service visit and this happened, I was pleased.

    I had the oil changed in my Buick Enclave at the express service center. WOW! These guys were great! "Tammy" was helpful from the minute she checked me in until they were done & she checked me out! This place is SO much friendlier & more helpful than the LoU Fusz Buick service. I will DEFINITELY return!

    I originally set up an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and a bolt recall for the drivers power seat. Later was told no parts have been received for the recall. My recall 14271 was received September 2014. Long wait, no parts and yet I was originally given a schedule to have the work performed.

    I was very pleased with the service that I received. I went in to look at the new Colorado. While I liked that truck I felt it was not exactly what I was looking for. After some conversation with Mark, he convinced me to take a look at the Silverado. He also informed me of some incentives that I had not been aware. The rest, as they say, is history.

    The work was done in a timely fashion. At first I was told that it would take almost a month to get an appointment, but they rechecked the system and made it within two weeks.

    excellent overall experience at the body shop...one comment: was told it would take ~4 days, unless they found something else. they did find something and fixed it and it took a couple extra days + over a weekend. Would have liked to have received a phone call telling me the work would take longer. but overall excellent. very pleased with the repair

    Shaun L. and Alexis L. we're extremelly friendly and great to deal with making my buying experience as easy as possible. Both responded to texts, calls, and emails very quickly which was not the case with other dealerships I was talking to. Alexis even replied to emails as late as 9pm on weeknights. Overall the Lou Fusz buying experience was great and one that I expect others to match for future purchases.

    It was wonderful! I have been to many other dealers and was not treated a 1/4 as good as I was There. both Sean and Kevin was amazing very polite And professional.

    Having been told I would have to wait several weeks to get the plugs in the holes of my keys, the service people were able to do this and save me a trip. Thank you.

    It took 2 hours to do the work on my car and the office was so pleasant that I did not realize I spent that much time there. Everyone was very nice, I had enough to material to read, and I could watch whatever I wanted on the TV.

    The sales team and management were extremely helpful and fielded all of our questions immediately and with a high level of knowledge. It is a great relief to a buyer when the salesperson can answer all of your questions without looking for the answers. They also were able to work through a messy trade and still got me a better interest rate than my own bank. I would not only recommend them to any of my friends, family, or colleagues but will only come to Lou Fusz for future purchases.
