  • Worst new car owning experience

    Worst car buying experience. Bought a brand new 2020 'demo' with full warranty. Paint on my liftgate is cracking and rusting worse and worse by the day. VW WILL NOT fix it. Also, when I bought my car they REFUSED to supply floor mats and a touch up pen. Also, brakes are ALWAYS squeaky and I am told they are due to the new 'organic' brakes they have... why don't all the other cars brakes squeak..?? Will never buy VW again. Will also tell everyone my experience which will surely turn them away.

    I was misled and lied to with my services. They not only didn't check my car 6 months ago when I brought it in, they let me drive my vehicle when it could of put me and my family in a dangerous situation. Will NEVER take my car back there again. I am not the only person they have misled. You pay for services you never receive and then they get you by claiming everything has gone wrong in a short amount of time and you are out thousands of dollars. I have tried to get in contact with someone for days. I also have gone up to the dealership and was spoken down to. I do believe it is a scam and I am contacting the necessary organizations to try to stop this from happening to anyone else.

    2012 Volkswagen Passat , Quoted 1 price at $700 to fix and 3 hrs later upping it to $1700 to fix , terrible service quotes ... Plan on picking up my car with original parts back in vehicle!!! Not A good Practice !!!! Terrible customer service .. I work for a living , not willing to just throw out money for frivolous repairs !!!! Couldn’t put a 0 review or would have

  • Tool lost in the toolbox

    Dealers has "evening hours" for service. An oximoron! With out getting wordy-couldn't do the service needed because of "tool is probably lost in a tool box somewhere!". Lovely! WASTE, WASTE, WASTE! Time, gas, and goodwill at work! Not the first time, becomes cummulative. Sloppy care of small things. Not removing service notice, unable to perform recall notice because computer not recognizing notice, give me a chance and I'll think of more. I'm stuck in a are serviced by TWO dealerships that are horrible. You want a great car and good service in south St. Louis County- Frank Leta Acura!
