    This is the first time I've ever bought a car and would definitely recommend Chris Saxes and Frank Leta Honda. Had a great first experience. They explained everything in a clear and professional manner, while making my time with them fun. I will definitely go back to Frank Leta Honda for my next car. Their slogan is completely true, "You can't beat a Leta."

    Chris was amazingly helpful! Went the extra mile to help my son with his first car purchase. Great deal, great financing. When you are looking for a car, check with Chris at Leta Honda first!

    Let's be real, the process of buying a car is not something you really look forward to. New cars are expensive and your trade-in car is never worth what you think it is worth. So you simply hope that the people you are dealing with are professional and genuine. I find this to be true at Frank Leta Honda and particularly with my sales person Jean Burman. Jean is not an obnoxious salesman that tries to jump to the final deal. Instead he allows you to familiarize yourself with the car and can answer any questions as he is knowledgeable about the vehicles and the packages. He actually stayed until after 10:00 p.m. to finalize our deal on a new Odyssey. We are really enjoying the vehicle so far.

    We have been looking for a pre-owned car for my son for some time without any luck. Something always brought us back to Frank Leta Honda. Our first visit we met Chris Saxe. He was very patient with us and spent time showing us each car we were interested in and spoke very highly of the Dealership. For one reason or another we didn't buy a car our first visit. But we came back and immediately went to find Chris. We felt very comfortable with him and knew he was honest and would not steer us wrong. He didn't steer us wrong. He found the perfect car for us and we couldn't be happier. My son will be leaving for college in a few months, I really needed a good dependable car for him that would last, be safe to drive and bring him home safely. I'm a Mom and I worry. Chris could see that and offered advice on the type of car I was looking for, not only as an experienced Salesman but as a Father. My family has always been a Toyota family. I can honestly say because of the service we received from Chris, the quality Car's Honda makes and everyone we met at Frank Leta Honda = going forward we will always be a Honda family, the Frank Leta Family. I am a young widow and the thought of looking for cars is a scary thought. There are so many vehicles to choose from and I was worried I would make the wrong decision on my own. After meeting Chris, I knew he would look out for us. I know he wanted to sell us a car (that's his job), but there is something special about him and his compassion for people that led me to trust him.     When I brought my Daughter in we had very little time and Chris Saxe was very aware of our situation and really got us the information we needed and did it very quick. We then came back that evening to sign the paperwork and he had the car already detailed and ready to go! Great Job Chris! I will bring my other 5 kids back to you and next time with more time.

    Great experience buying a car. Our sales rep was Randy Borth and he was very helpful, informative, and friendly! I have purchased a car previously through Frank Leta Honda and after returning everyone treats us like family. Especially Randy!

    “Why Frank Leta”. I can no longer drive due to eyesight issues so I wanted to find a company that offers transportation services beyond standard industry practices. As I studied your website and read the pickup and return service along with the shuttle service I immediately became comfortable that your company and location would be perfect for us. Our overarching philosophy is to have our vehicle serviced or repaired by those who have a true vested interest in the operation and usability of the vehicle, “First Impressions – Tracey Kelley”. “What a Gal”. “The Glue” When we arrived our first goal was to look at vehicles to determine colors of interest. As we were looking, Tracey emerged from the building, introduced herself and asked how she could assist us. We briefly described what we needed and without any fanfare Tracey took us directly to a vehicle that matched our needs and expectations. Again without the usual fanfare, Tracey quickly opened the vehicle explained the functions of the vehicle in detail and then allowed us to test drive the vehicle. Tracey is a true professional interested in the prospective customer first. Finally, before we departed Tracey introduced us to Rodger Harman. Rodger quickly expressed his thanks for visiting and reiterated he and Tracey were there to help us find and purchase the vehicle of our choice. Another item of note, we told Tracy we were comparing the Accord to a Chrysler 200. Tracey understood our process for selection and gave us the time to do the comparison. After we finished our comparison we returned to our home to discuss our next step which was to call Tracey and arrange a time to meet and discuss the purchase of the Accord. Before I could make the call, Tracey telephoned to learn the results of the comparison and we told Tracey we preferred the Accord. “The Experience”. The purchase experience was typical, meet with Sales picking a vehicle, negotiating the purchase, negotiating extended warranty, signing final purchase documents and taking delivery of the vehicle.. My guess is your industry, like others, has established best practices to achieve business objectives. One difference in your best practice is Tracey explained to us the process steps so we knew what to expect and then kept us informed of progress in each step. At one point in the purchase negotiation step we were ready to call it a day. While Matt Craft and Tracey were meeting separately we had a great conversation with Debbie Wasson. Debbie overheard our conversation about calling it a day, came to us and assured us Tracey was the best, plus, offered us some of her chocolates. Our point is simply Tracey and Debbie kept us going through the process rather than calling it a day. “The Delivery” Just as we began this purchase journey Tracey was there to explain all the features and functions of the vehicle. Tracey also reiterated a common theme which is if we have questions or need any type of assistance just give her a call. I can assure you we will be calling Tracey. Finally, I thank “Team Tracey”, Debbie, Rodger, Matt, and Ryan for delivering on promises and for participating in a professional forthright manner to understand and meet our needs.

    I went into Frank Leta "just looking", as I had recently had a problem with my previous vehicle. I wasn't looking to buy at that moment, but Tabitha Garcia made it work within my budget. She has been nothing but top notch...knowledgeable about the vehicle, attentive to my questions, and caring as well (as my Father had passed away). I highly recommend Frank Leta and Tabitha Garcia!

    New to the area and needed a car for my son. Started searching online for cars and reputable dealers. I found 4 cars I was interested in on Frank Leta's website. I went to this Frank Leta Honda dealership and met Ryan Groeller. We test drove 3 cars that night (the fourth was at a different store). I liked all 3 cars and brought my son back to test drive the cars as well. It was late so we decided to come back on Saturday to make a decision weather one of these cars is the one. I did another search on Frank Leta Honda for reputation and integrity of the dealership. Frank lets Honda had many favorable reviews and this gave me peace about them. We did buy one of the cars. Ryan was great to work with. I really appreciated how Ryan treated my son. Ryan was able to connect him and treated him very respectfully. Everyone at Frank Leta's was helpful and very nice. I will call Ryan when I am ready to buy my next car.

    Donna Capriglione, our sales person was one of the best I've ever dealt with. Kind, efficient and always proficient; she got me a great deal and an even better buying experience. The rest of the staff was great and just as professional. I've never been so comfortable buying a car.

    Jason was very friendly while showing the car. Ryan made the transaction part smooth. Both of them were curteous, and not too pushy at selling accessories and protection plan that I did not need.

    I fell in love with my daughter's new Honda Accord Coupe, but I had a car that was only a year old. I wanted to trade, but didn't want to give my current car away. The first offer Frank Leta made us on our trade was what I considered a fair amount and what I had gone into the dealer looking to get for my trade. They also gave us what I felt was a fair price on the new car that I was so in love with and wanted. Definitely a win/win for both of us.

    After shopping around at dealerships for 6 months, I came to dread the entire car-buying process and the patronizing, aggressive salespeople I seemed to come across more often than not. One of the last stops on my list of dealers to visit was Frank Leta Honda, and in retrospect I seriously wish I had gone there sooner. Donna Capriglione was so very professional and efficient - I purchased a Civic LX at a price I was comfortable with and, with paperwork finished, I got to drive my new car home after just a few hours. No BS, and they didn't try to sell me unnecessary extras, which I very much appreciated. Even after the sale, she and Ryan Warren continue to promptly address the many questions I have as a first-time buyer. So far, so good! I can't speak of the service department yet, but if all continues to go well I will most definitely recommend Frank Leta Honda to my friends and family!

    No haggle pricing. Only question asked was what will you pay for this car? Our sales person Randy Borth was no pressure and knew his product very well. As a car buying experience, this one was very pleasant.

    I had a good car buying experience through Jason Hawkins. Jason took several hours showing us around the lot and answering all of our questions. In addition, Jason also took several minutes prior to our arrival on the lot over the phone answering all of our questions. I felt well informed with all the necessary information prior to purchasing a new car. My wife and I are happy with our purchase of our new car! Thanks Jason!
