Only place to buy a Honda
by dstl on 09/11/2011updated 08/05/2025I would gladly buy another car from Frank Leta Honda, and I'm even looking forward to coming in for oil changes and car washes. Don't let the drive out deter you. This is the ONLY place I would buy a car in St. Louis. This is the first… time I bought a car (a certified CIvic) from a dealer and I couldn't be happier. Bill, Kevin and Marco (sales team), Joe (mechanic), Colby (porter (I think I might be messing up his name-sorry!)) and even Matt* (finance) are the best. Here's what I liked about Frank Leta Honda: -Professional -Knowledgable (Bill has worked on the mechanic side) -Willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase (Joe put the car up on the lift so I could check out the brakes) -Fair deal on my trade-in -Worked with me on the price without the usual good/cop bad cop games -Hooked up my Bluetooth and showed me the navigation system -Detailed my new car really well and helped me move my things over -Free car washes (with vacuuming)! -Treated me like the serious car buyer I am This last point is very important. I made the rounds of the Honda dealers in the area and this team was the ONLY one that really respected me as a woman car buyer. I had a salesman at another dealer ask my age and call me a "smart girl." Needless to say, I walked out of there as fast as possible. I only spend my hard-earned money at places I respect (whether they are big box stores or car dealerships). I really respect the team at Frank Leta Honda and intend to refer all my friends! *Matt is great; he knows why I said "even Matt." Oh, and Nate was fun to talk with as well. Thanks all!We love our new car.

They offered me the best deal in the area. Jay C., salesmen spent most of the day… with me making sure everything was right and to my satisfaction. Really appreciate the time spent with us going over the features of both vehicles before we left.great experince with chris

I was instantly greeted by Chris, who had no problems making me feel comfortable and welcome at the dealership. I am still waiting to see if the numbers… work out. Chris S. was awesome, he threw me the keys to a car I was really interested in. Treated me like a friend it was quite refreshing. It didn't take us long to make a final decision on which vehicle to purchase. I did not feel any "sales pressure" coming from Chris at all as… I felt from other salesmen with other dealership. I felt like home with Frank Leta Honda Dealership. Josh, the Finance Manager, is so friendly and easy to interact instead of dealing a strict business interaction. This is the third vehicle our family purchased from them over the years. We use their car services for our car maintenance over the years. I have never previously referred to an automobile purchase as "a pleasure," but Leta has made that happen. We… purchased a new Odyssey to meet the needs of our growing family. I was the stalwart I'll-never-own-a-minivan type, but my wife did some gentle nudging and I decided to do my homework. After some previous experience with the Frank Leta group, I figured we would start with Frank Leta Honda and see where the winds took us. We were greeted immediately in the showroom by Tracy, who asked all the right questions and guided us through a tour of the Honda Odyssey. Her friendly nature, expert knowledge of her product line, willingness to let us take an extended test drive, and an extremely low-pressure sales pitch had us feeling really great about a purchase. The negotiation and finance processes went very smoothly - again, very low pressure, and we were able to reach a very fair price on both purchase and trade. The finance manager, Asheed, was equally as friendly and got us through the arduous process of finance and final purchase. We couldn't be happier with our purchase from Frank Leta Honda, and we look forward to repeat business for service as well as future Honda purchases.Great Service at Frank Leta!

The wonderful staff at Frank Leta Honda made my experience painless and easy. Sales Consultant Tracy K.… especially made my experience a positive one. Tracy listened to exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle and found me a perfect match at the price I wanted. Being a first time buyer, I had many questions about the vehicles and the car buying process, and Tracy answered all my questions with clear, straight-forward information. I visited the dealership around closing time, and Tracy and other staff members generously stayed well past closing time to help me purchase my car and ensure that all my questions were answered. Tracy also offered that if I had any questions, I could call her any time and she would help me out. I could not have imagined a more stress-free and fun first time car buying experience. We have had headaches and annoyances from some other dealers we have been to, but were treated well by Tracy. She listened to what we were looking for and did not… try to pressure us about anything. I had misread what time they closed and came in about 40 minutes before closing. They treated us well and we were able to get the purchase done in a reasonable amount of time. We hope to enjoy our vehicle for many years and are exited about our purchase!Happy customer
