I’ve serviced my 2002 LandCruiser for many years. Once I even dropped off my… Mclaren 720s for a car wash. Service specialist are extraordinarily knowledgeable. Well the reason for this is many of them are well over 15 years with Lexus. Probably because it’s a great place to work. I made an appointment with Chad Mayer who had the car ready and waiting, i drove it, loved… it, and bought it in under an hour. I definitely recommend Chad and Mungenast to anyone looking for a new or used car.Steve Zitko is the best!!!!!

Steve Zitko at Mungenast Lexus told me if he got another one in I would be the first to know. Well with a matter of a couple of weeks he let… me know he had an even better version of the car I was interested in. He provided the information immediately!! I provided the information needed and it took off from there. Steve reached out at the max twice which is unheard of in the car sales world. He knew what he needed and I provided it all immediately. When it was time to come in and sign the paperwork I was introduced to Bric in finance who was just as amazing and professional as Steve!!! I was in the dealership maybe 45 minutes.....yes 45 minutes. Everyone at the dealership was so nice and professional!! Steve Zitko is my New Car Salesman. I recommend him for all of your car buying needs!!! Thanks again to everyone at Mungenast Lexus!! One more thing, the ladies that greet you when you enter are amazing as well!!!!Great Buying experience
by TimJ on 12/08/2017I recently purchase a used vehicle from this dealership and it was worth the 350 miles (each way) !! From start to finish it was one of the best car buying experiences I've had. Our salesman Tim was very helpful about obtaining info about… the car over the phone before traveling there. When we arrived he was very welcoming and easy to work with. Not only were the staff great bu they also have great pricing. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are very happy from start to finish. I would definity purchase another vehicle from them in the future!Car was damaged
by Derek on 10/30/2017Bought my car from the location and it was a smooth process and they were very accommodating. Problem stems from my first vehicle service. Brought my vehicle in to do my 50,000 mile maintenance and it was done in a timely fashion. On my… drive back from the dealership I noticed two sizeable chips on the inside of my drivers side window which had not been there prior. Called up the dealership and upon explaining my findings they stated there wasn't much they could do, nor did they admit the issue occured under their care. For anyone reading this I would advise documenting the state of your car prior to bringing it in to further prove it was damaged under their care in the event that it is.great service!

Mungenast was the dealer which added $546 to the car price for advertising in addition to $195 for fees. I did NOT buy my car from Mungenast as I felt they insulted… my intelligence. I went to the other Lexus dealer in town & purchased a more expensive vehicle at a lower price.
