Could of taken advantage of us but didn't!!
by Brian on 05/21/2021I brought my wife's car in for brakes, an oil change and to have a slow leak in a tire fixed. The mechanic looked over the car and told us we did not need to do brakes. He could have easily lied and replaced the brakes. This is the… kind of service that creates a lifetime of trust. Our Ford will never see another shop again unless its Bob Sight and we will be buying our next car from Bob Sight as well.Thank you for sharing your feedback! F-150 IDOD
by Chris on 04/07/2021The service advisor who helped me was very helpful and friendly. I don’t remember his name, but he greeted me as soon as I came through the door. I was there for an IDOD on a 2018 F-150, and I also had a license plate bracket installed on… the front. When the work was completed, out of curiosity, I asked the service advisor how much my truck could tow and haul, and he took the time to look it up for me and let me know. It was a really nice gesture, since I was just curious, and I didn’t really need to know for any particular reason.Chris, we strive to provide the best service possible and are glad we were able to ensure you were taken care of.
