we came in because the recall part we had installed went bad. We read all sorts of bad experiences where other dealerships didn't find the problem right away and people were having accidents because of it. Zack and his team found the problem right from the start! They were unable to get the part until the next day. My heart sunk as we had Cardinal tickets for that night and my daughter had waited all season for this particular game. Treated with the same class as when we bought the car, Sapaugh gave us a loaner to use until the part came in the next day.
