This is the best, most comfortable, easiest and most enjoyable car buying experience I have every had. In 30 year ourselves… and our kids. Our salesman, Jim L., was the best ever...friendly and so willing to accommodate our needs. We did not sit at the dealership for hours, as we have with other Ford dealers in the past. Bommarito is our new "family" dealership! We love the new Mustang convertible and the price we paid. We are looking forward to buying from ONLY Bommarito in the fall when we purchase a new F350 truck. We can not say enough good things about the awesome people at BOMMARITO FORD. From our awesome salesman , Jim L., to finance and management.....great people! My advise...only buy from BOMMARVery satisfied

When I finally decided to trade my old car (93 Escort), I wasn't sure about going to a dealership of any kind. I am not a shopper of any… kind. Since I retired, I use my computer every day and I chose to check out some cars online. New or used was not a factor for me when I started my online research. Since I always had good experiences with my cars, all Fords, I found numerous choices online. I found the type and model that would fit into my circumstances and Bommarito was the best choice for me. I was able to check out the many models available, the equipment, and price ranges. I chose the Escape. I put an application online with Ford.com and almost immediately received a response from Matt G. What a great experience it was from start to finish. Matt was able to help me decide on my perfect vehicle. I don't need a lot of bells and whistles and Matt did not try to push them on me. He took MY thoughts and found the right one for me. Matt found my car and Don K. found my credit. Everyone at Bommarito Ford from Matt G. and Don K. and the entire staff was so very friendly and made this time for me very helpful and enjoyable. by ken214 on 03/31/2014updated 06/11/2025Mr. L. was very patient and responsive to my many internet inquiries. He helped me get educated about vehicles with features we needed, he replied within 24 hours (usually within 24 minutes) to every email - I sent him no less than 15… emails with a variety of questions. Once we identified a vehicle of interest, Dan was respectful to all of my offers. We finally came to an agreement and I went in for a test dirve. I met Dan face-to-face, he demonstrated the vehicle features, answered all of my questions knowledgeably and directly. Dan did could not always give me what I wanted but he was always honest with me. About an hour after driving the car off the lot I noticed a bolt in my tire! I called Dan on his personal cell phone. He said bring it back or have it fixed and send him the bill. I returned 5 minutes before service dept. closed. We sat and drank coffee and ate the dealerships ice cream while they very quickly repaired the tire. My husband thought about it and decided he didn't want an "old man's car". :) So Steve found us this… great Fusion you had. We went up and looked at it and found it to be very sporty looking and had the features my husband was looking for. Of course we ended up buying it. Steve knew exactly what we were looking for. If he had not have found that car, we probably would not have bought anything.Incredibly easy!

Nathan was very helpful and stayed very long after store hours to make sure that I knew how to drive the car. The next day he… even had me come up there to let him know how I was doing and if he could help me with anything.Great Experience! Highly Recommend!

I spoke with Nathan on the phone and he said that he would be happy to do his best. It was worth a try. I also worked with Jim in Nathan's absence.… Both were friendly and "no-pressure" salesmen. I was simply asked what I had hoped to get the car for and what kind of financing I wanted and they made it happen. I would be lying if I said that I wasn't surprised. I would gladly recommend Bommarito Ford to anyone of my friends looking for a new vehicle. They were a pleasure to work with and made it easy to buy a new car.Superb!

After consideration and decision making the… application and financing process was smooth and efficient. Our salesman was very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. Dan B. was able to put together a great deal, explain thoroughly all of my finance/lease options and take the time to do all of the research. He spent a Saturday… afternoon walking the lot, locating my Fusion that fit my needs. I can't stress enough how little pressure there was in the whole transaction - in fact there was none. I actually enjoyed every bit of the time I spent at the dealership shopping for that perfect car. The dealership as a whole was nicely laid out, very clean, and everyone I came in contact with outside of Dan B. was equally as friendly. I would recommend Bommarito Ford to anyone looking for a stress free, no pressure, fun shopping experience. Thank you so much Dan for your help, and hard work for putting together a great buying experience! I'd also like to express my thanks to the finance department! Steve was very concerned about my personal needs did an excellent job of finding the car I wanted. He led… me through the whole process of car buying with great personal care. The sales managers and finance department were very thorough in explaining the options I had and with making sure I knew that customer service is what the Bommarito experience is all about! I know that any problems, concerns or just simple questions will be answered/taken care of! I arrived at the dealer at 9:15 and I was out the door by 10:45. There was no haggling on price or waiting for… finance. They had to locate the car I wanted and bring it in, but still had it there that same afternoon. I would highly recommend this dealer!Bommarito Ford

He never tried to put me in something that I didn't ask for and treated me like family. This is… my 3rd new car purchase and my 1st at Bommarito and Bommarito will be where I go from now on. I was impressed with not only the car but how helpful and friendly everyone at the dealership was in working with them to the point that I wanted my next purchase… to be at Bommarito Ford. Two weeks later I was able to find a good deal and worked with Jim in sales and Dan in finance on my new car. It was the most comfortable I have ever been when purchasing a car! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.
