    There price of the vehicles listed on multiple websites are just to get you in the door. A slew of add ons were presented when negotiating a price, and nowhere near the listed price.

    Beware of yo yo financing. They will call you within a couple of weeks and ask you to come in, because they forgot to have you sign some papers. Once you come back they inform you the loan required a higher interest rate. The higher rate puts more money in their pockets and less in yours. They will also try to sell you some worthless add ons. My advice is to take a picture of everything you sign right after you sign it. This is the shadiest and most dishonest businesses I have ever dealt with. It's amazing they are still able to operate. One more thing, they will beg you and beg you to fill out a five star review before you leave the dealership. Don't do it! Wait at least two weeks before completing a review. They are very persuasive and will tell you their job depends on five star reviews.

    Khaled is an excellent sales person. He knew the answers to all the questions we asked and was very quick about "getting things done" even though he had a lot of running around to do. He paid very close attention to what we said and acted accordingly, never pushing us to do or get something we couldn't afford or didn't want. We will recommend him to people as the occasion comes up

    My wife and I had a great experience at Napleton Hyundai. We worked with Khaled for a couple weeks prior to even coming into the dealership. The minute we walked into the dealership, everything was handled in a professional yet timely manner. Khaled as well as Bobby Clifford the general manager were huge contributors to our excellent car buying experience. We cant thank Napleton Hyundai enough for taking care of our needs and wishes. We would recommend Napleton hyundai to anyone who wants to choose from a great variety of cars as well as also work with a professional and compassionate company.     I love this place! Every single person that we worked with was super helpful and amazing in getting my wife and I the car we'd been looking for forever! They worked with us on getting a good deal with great payments on a car that we'll keep for a very long time. Khaled was extremely transparent and honest with us on the whole process and every car we test drove to make sure we were getting a good car. Will definitely go back for anything we need and get our next family car from Napleton hyundai,We love this place

    I had such a great time buying my new car last Friday evening, all thanks to khaled. I had been to a few dealerships to price out models and test drive some cars I was interested in, but had been having pretty negative experiences and wasn't ready to commit to trading in my vehicle. I was almost ready to just stay in what I was currently driving to avoid the stereotypical difficulties associated with buying a car. Then khaled came on and changed everything! He was so professional, polite, and personable. None of that grimey sales pressure stuff. Was able to get the trade in deal I wanted and drove off the lot in a new car that evening. I would stand behind sending anyone to see him if they are in the market for a new car. I love my new sonata! Thanks Khaled!

    I absolutely love their customer service! It took me 6 months to decide whether I wanted to trade my vehicle for a new sonata or hold off. Not once did they put pressure on me to make a decision right away. The service department is quick and friendly. I will only go to napleton hyundai for my cars needs. I will definitely do business with them again in the future! khaled was awesome

    the car I wanted was not on the lot Earl stated he would get the car I was looking for, a week later he called and said he was still looking . After waiting a month I found the car I wanted in Kansas City within 2 days the car was delivered to me driveway , not only did he drop the ball i guess he didn't want to make a sale.

    My best friend and I came in to get her a new car. Earl was on top of everything. He got her exactly what she wanted and needed. He listened to her concerns and was extremely helpful.   • Worst Car-Buying Experience EVER!!!

    I am 54 years old and have purchased many automobiles over the years. But this is hands-down, the worst car-buying experience of my life. I found a 2016 Jeep Patriot online that was in my price range and had low miles. There was another one closer to my home but it had twice as many miles on it so I thought I would take a chance and drive the 45 minutes to Napleton Hyundai to see if we could make a deal. My salesperson was Barry Jones who seemed like a nice-enough guy and was eager for my business. While the Jeep was pretty basic, I wasn’t looking for luxury, just an inexpensive, low-mileage SUV. We agreed on a price after some haggling and I drove my new Jeep home. A few days later, my wife said she tried to turn on the AC but it didn’t work so I assumed it just need some freon. Imagine how shocked I was to find that this 2016 vehicle was not equipped with AC. So I checked the window sticker, which I still had, to see if it was listed on there. However it was not. So while I felt pretty silly for not checking that out first, I soon became quite angry because first of all, who would think that a 2016 vehicle would NOT be equipped with AC and secondly, why was this not pointed out by the salesperson? I called the dealership and spoke to the salesperson who said he was not aware that the vehicle did not have AC and wasn’t really offering me any solutions to the problem. So I asked to speak to the GM, Bobby Clifford. He told me he would try to arrange an exchange and asked me to come in. When I did, I found out that he was out for surgery and no one else at the dealership knew anything about a supposed “exchange”. I was at a crossroads. I could either purchase another vehicle or keep the one I had purchased and suffer the consequences in the Missouri summer heat. I wasn’t interested in sweating to death this coming summer so I bit the bullet and purchased another vehicle. So now, I have a more expensive vehicle, a higher monthly payment by almost $100 and no satisfaction. The only allowance they gave me was a supposed $1,500 service program that would enable me to get free oil changes for a year. Seeing as how I live over 45 miles away and don’t travel to that vicinity EVER, this was of no consolation to me. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. They are more interested in selling you a car and getting you out the door than they are in meeting your needs. I also had a few occasions where I either called or emailed the Finance Manager, Todd Ogle who NEVER responded to me. NEVER! One of the emails I sent had a video in it that I recorded to help explain my message and I got a notification that he watched most of the video so I KNEW he’d seen it and read my email but he STILL did not respond. This dealership is the worst. The car I ended up with from their dealership was due for an oil change but rather than drive there and waste my time and probably get horrible service too, I went to a Jim Trenary dealership close to my home and spent $65 to get my oil changed. THAT’S how much their so-called $1,500 service program means to me. Stay away from this dealership unless you want to feel like you were totally taken advantage of. If that’s your thing, then yes, please, go there. PS. I would have given them ZERO stars but the I was forced to choose one in order to submit my review. PSS. After all of this mess, the salesperson had the nerve to ask me to give him a good review as I was leaving the dealership the final time. UNBELIEVABLE!!!
