Ryan Ewing, Mike Miller, Walter Moore and the whole team were helpful when I needed it; they left me alone when I just wanted to look around; even let me… test drive my new car over the weekend!! If you don't like high pressure sales pitches and want to get the best deal imaginable, then I suggest you head down to Columbia Honda, they were just THE BEST!!Excellent Friendly Service

Amazing Service

I didn't want a particular car, but I did want something nice and reliable, although with my credit, bad but not good, I wasn't too sure about it. They assured me that I would be able to obtain what I… had wanted and I did. The credit process was very easy. While waiting, Honda staff would stop and ask me if I needed anything every few minutes. Everything was explained to me in a way that I could understand. I was able to get into a nice Honda Accord. The salesman explained everything there was to know about my car. I love it. The Finance staff that I dealt with was the same way with explaining everything as far as paperwork. I have recommended others from my job to go to the same dealership. They received the same customer service, and obtained cars themselves. I highly recommend Columbia Honda, as they will continue to get my business.Your Feedback is very kind! Buyer Beware
by lemonaide1 on 06/17/2015Firstly the used vehicle was misrepresented as I was told it had not been in any accidents when it had body damage visible (but it simply had not been reported to Carfax). Then I negotiated the dent be pulled and the scrapes down the length… of the drivers side be touched up and a hole in the drivers seat leather be patched. They also agreed to give me $25 in gas and detail the interior. After leaving them the vehicle for a week for this to be completed it was returned to me with an empty gas tank, dirty interior (complete with debris and gum wrappers) my paperwork in the glove compartment was rifled through, items were missing, the seat was not patched at all, the paint on the bumper did not match the car, and the scrapes on the side were about 50% touched up with the accuracy of a kindergartner on a bad day. When I brought this to their attention (how they failed to see it I will never understand) I was told "sorry but I'll have to make you another appointment" great just what I wanted...and 48+ hours later no additional appointment has been made or any follow up what-so ever. No wonder they have to complete a customer survey within 5 minutes of the sale...after that they seem to have your money and no longer care about the service they provide.We appreciate your feedback and take our customers feedback very seriously! A delighted customer

Salesperson Ben M. and later Sales Manager Mike M. went out of the way and did a great job and me and my wife are a delighted… customer. (1) The dealership atmosphere and getup was nice, inviting and people friendly. (2) Salesperson Ben was not at all pushy and took time to explain the features of Odyssey and Pilot that we test drove. (3) By next day we decided on the the car/trim and went with True Car pricing for it. Mike M. then helped seal the deal. He was very friendly and we believe we got a fair value on the new car and decent value for the trade in. (4) The Finance Manager Charbel B. was also very friendly and helpful. He also worked with on the numbers and got us a price that we were comfortable with for the Extended Warranty (HondaCare 10 years and 120k miles). Loved the after sales service and follow-ups. We are very pleased with the Van, the car buying experience and all the employees that we came across. Will definitely have Fletcher Honda in mind when it's time to replace my aging Camry or time for friends/family to get a new or used car.Just Bought 2013 Honda Fit

Not only did I get a prompt response via email, but once I arrived at the dealership, I was treated like a friend. My entire purchase… only took about an hour. I have never been able to buy a car with such low pressure and honesty. I will certainly go back to purchase from Fletcher again.
