    Went to purchase used car, waited 20 minutes, decided to buy, sales started financing paper work without talking or asking us or discussing price. We were paying cash. When I said something- his response is price is what it is marked. Told me used cars were in demand. Started to leave, then he said he was middle man and would take to management. Made offer. I had looked on car fax and made offer for price they had originally had on car. He came back. And said we would be getting car for more than today worth. No counter offer. Let alone - car had dead battery when test drive first time few days prior. This car has been sitting in their lot for almost 9 months. Got feeling that he did not want to be bothered

  • POOR SERVICE - DELAY IN REFUNDING CANCELED EXTENDED WARRANTY

    In March we e-mailed a signed extended warranty cancelation form to the finance manager, Greg Frasca. He did not acknowledge receipt of the e-mail. We followed up by sending 2 more e-mails to Greg asking if he received the form and if it was in process but he did not acknowledge or respond to those e-mails either. In April we visited the dealership and spoke to Greg directly and he told us the check had been issued but not signed. In May we spoke with Todd Zamler and he told us the check was apparently lost and a new check would be issued. As of today, JUNE 1ST, we have not received the refund of approximately $2,500. Obviously we will not buy another car from Bommarito nor recommend them to our friends and family. Kathy & Jim Schaefer

    I went into Bommarito Nissan with low expectations. I've never enjoyed the car buying experience since I'm a woman and my first offers always outrageous. This was not the case at Bommarito Damon was very helpful with finding a car that fit my needs. He came out of the gate with a great deal and the fair trade value I was happy to do business with him. He understands what it takes to earn a repeat customer. Overall I'm very happy with the service and value I received at their dealership.

    Great experience. Jim Hercules was easy to talk to. Finance Mgr was hilarious. Facility was immaculate and very accommodating.

    Jim was patient and considerate as we explored all our options and vehicle preferences. Once we made a decision, Jim helped us and reassured us of all the numbers and all the features we wanted for the pricing we had as budgeted. We would definitely recommend Jim and we did! Our son is picking up his car this week also! Thanks Jim....you're the best!
