Dealership Sales Review
In March we e-mailed a signed extended warranty cancelation form to the finance manager, Greg Frasca. He did not acknowledge receipt of the e-mail. We followed up by sending 2 more e-mails to Greg asking if he received the form and if it was in process but he did not acknowledge or respond to those e-mails either. In April we visited the dealership and spoke to Greg directly and he told us the check had been issued but not signed. In May we spoke with Todd Zamler and he told us the check was apparently lost and a new check would be issued. As of today, JUNE 1ST, we have not received the refund of approximately $2,500. Obviously we will not buy another car from Bommarito nor recommend them to our friends and family. Kathy & Jim Schaefer
