I ended up adding a number of additional accessories tot he pick-up & Jim brought the parts manager in to review & comment on the… items that I was adding to be sure everything was properly coordinated. Jim contacted me on the phone three separate times to advise me on the status of the order and to arrange for the internal paperwork & financing at the dealership. Jim's attention to detail & thoroughness was greatly appreciated, and I would not hesitate to recommend Jim to any of my friends.Excellent service

Bryce connected me with my Sales Associate Justin, and Justin was absolutely great. He called me and made everything… simple over the phone, set an appointment for later in the afternoon, and he answered my calls and took scanned documents about ten times before we met in-person that day! Justin was ready for my arrival, had the car ready, keys in my hands within a minute of my arrival and he gave a great mini-tour of the interior. We went inside to see Mike in Finance, and Mike couldn't have been better, either. I have bought MANY cars throughout the years and these guys have an excellent approach to Customer Service and a real camaraderie amongst themselves that made the place feel comfortable and honorable. Justin also was great going through OnStar and explaining other things about the my new Cruze, and he's already written to me this morning to congratulate me again and make sure I call him directly about anything. This is a formula that sustains and grows business anywhere, but you have to have the right people and Lupient does. I am so grateful! He was great to work with and made what we have in the past found to be a terrible experience (buying a new car) a positive experience. He did such a great job, what an asset to your company. We found the… dealership to be clean and modern, filled with knowledgeable, professional people - from sales to service, and finance. It was Mike who assisted us with the finance. He was also great, helping us choose the options that were best for our situation. Everyone was friendly, and we were greeted as well by the sales manager. There was nothing "pushy" about our experience, which would have sent us out the door. We will definitely recommend Lupient to our friends, family, and co-workers.
