by D McPhillips on 04/30/2025Very Positive, the young man who greeted me on arrival kept me informed and brought my filters for me to see the condition they were in, when i told him i thought they looked fine, he said he agreed and left , no pressure to buy new… filters, shortly after he brought me my keys and thanked me for coming to Valley Hastings !Replacing head lamps
by Shatter on 10/16/2024I bought new headlamps for my Buick Enclave and the dealership installed them for me. That night they didn’t seem to be aiming correctly, so I took it back in and I was told that it was not seated properly. I drove my car that night and… the passenger side didn’t seem right. I took it back in to the dealership and this time it got a sense of irritation. He claims that it was in there correctly and proceeded to make minor adjustments to the angle of the light. Bottom line, make the customer happy and the customer will in turn speak highly of the dealership. I’m not completely satisfied with the way things were handled.They are trustworthy
