Great service on 2010 Equinox

I had originally called to schedule service and I was told that it would take 2 weeks. While on the phone I noticed that I could schedule online and I was… able to schedule an appointment the next day so that is what I went with. Wheel replace

He is treating us like we were treated at Porche but have never been treated at any other GM dealership before visiting Friendly Chevrolet… in Fridley. I went from a purchase to a lease and had lots of questions. The entire… Friendly Chev team were very patient with me, answering my questions and explaining any issues I had. I felt like they wanted to sell me a vehicle but did not pressure me too much to do so. I was able to buy what I wanted, when I wanted with the confidence that they are there to help me through any problems that might arise. Best new truck buying experience
by jrnelson122 on 09/15/2014I stopped in to get the oil changed in my 2011 Silverado that I purchased from you less than a year ago. I had also just received an email from Will McKissic about truck month. I took a quick stroll through the lot and found the exact truck… I wanted. I went in and talked with Will about it. He ran the numbers and we were able to get it close to were I was comfortable. While I was waiting for the paperwork to go through, everyone in the dealership was nice and friendly. Jake who I knew from accessories last time, took a few minutes out if his day to discuss my new truck with me. Also Joe was very helpful in helping me pick out my new tonneau cover and step bars. I will definitely be back to by my next vehicle from Will.Thanks for this nice review! Will, Joe and Jack truly know their stuffs. We make sure that all of our employees are knowledgeable and courteous and they will be glad to hear you were able to perceive that.
