Our experience at Suburban Chevrolet was exceptional from start to finish. We recently purchased a Tahoe, and Ethan was our sales associate. From the moment we stepped into the dealership, Ethan's friendly demeanor and prompt attention made… us feel welcome. He demonstrated an impressive depth of knowledge about the Tahoe and took the time to guide us through its features, ensuring we fully understood what we were purchasing.
Ethan's thoroughness and responsiveness stood out throughout the entire process. He patiently addressed all our questions and concerns, making the entire purchasing experience smooth and stress-free. It was evident that he genuinely cared about finding the perfect vehicle for us, and his dedication was truly appreciated.
In addition to Ethan, Ben, the sales manager, was also instrumental in making our experience positive. Ben was helpful and easy to work with, further enhancing our satisfaction with Suburban Chevrolet.

And they do there best each and every time. I have known many people in the car business and had work… done on many places. This is the only one I have been to that really does try everytime to make things perfect for us customers. We are a hard public to please so give people a chance and they will try most times. Its busy that here they succeed more often then not.Good experience

But once you buy a car they throw you aside and do no give 2 cents on any issues you may have. If you are looking to buy a new car, RUN. RUN in the opposite… direction of this dealership and go to any other chevrolet dealer..Unless you liked to get screwed over, over charged and thrown aside after they get their money. Also See the email I received from the manager at the dealership: Note that if you express your feelings and findings of this dealership so other people have a BUYER BEWARE, that they will play games as shown below in this email from the manager. Subject: Negative posto\ings ******, Based on the negative posting you have been placing on the internet. On his way back in I was then addressed as I asked to test drive one of the vehicles. He… assisted me in getting me the car keys, but returned on his cell phone on a personal car. I waited 15 minutes before we could drive to get plates for my test drive. I then reminded him that he may want to make a copy of my drivers license. I took the car out and upon my return he said, so are you going to buy it? I said no and that the car pulls to the right, when he proceeded to tell me it was the road that made it pull. I did not feel valued as a potential, well qualified buyer. It's a shame though as they have a good selection of what I'm looking for as well as it's close.Master Sergeant's review of Suburban Chev.

My car was back when promised...yipee They were in touch by phone often to keep us up to date on the status of the car. They went above and beyond to make my car just the way it was… before the accident that I didn't cause!! Thank you so much!!! I would recommend to a friend any day and send them to Pat!!!!Sales
