I have been bringing my vehicles here for more than 13 years and I have yet to have a bad experience. They complete the work needed quickly,… and if they find another problem, will explain what is needed and the costs involved, without any pressure to have the work done. The engine compartment was dusty and could have been cleaned is my only complaint.… This is our fourth vehicle from Krenzen and we are very satisfied with all aspects of the dealership.
