Fair and honest staff who are very knowledgeable . Gary was terrific in navigating us thru the purchase process. The vehicle was clean and ready to roll. The engine compartment was dusty and could have been cleaned is my only complaint. This is our fourth vehicle from Krenzen and we are very satisfied with all aspects of the dealership. The service department is outstanding.
