Great low pressure buying experience

I did notice a dent in the roof, as I was just about to leave with the 2017 KIA Sportage I just purchased. I asked the salesman for help… getting it repaired, BEFORE I drove the car off the lot, but I was told to "wait until my license plates arrived?" I don't think this part was good customer service.Exceptional Customer Service

He was very reassuring, very sweet. I've always seen dealerships as shark tanks and it's very… intimidating and scary but not with this location or with Tony at lupient Brooklyn Park Kia! He was very informative and walked us through our best options and let us test drive anything we wanted to. My loan was very much upside down, meaning I owed more on my pile of crap then it was worth so he set us up with the best plan to hide that negative equity and did everything he could to help us and help us save money!!!! Tony is the best!!! I highly recommend lupient Kia of Brooklyn Park! On top of all the great service I walked out with a 2019 Kia forte for 360 a month!!!!!!! WooohoooThank you Andrew!

We walked in, met our salesman Rocco and after our test drive we were sitting down with Rocco writing up the sale ! It was very streamlined & easy to… do. Great Service ! by Phyllis on 09/02/2018Friendly staff- especially Josh -just a genuinely nice person...he had to detail my new 2019 Sportage himself since the staff that usually do detailing had already gone home..I know as a salesman, he normally wouldn't have to do… that....also, we have had great success with Kia vehicles-still have a 2010 Kia Forte- since 2011- and it has been very reliable- finally having trouble at 140,000 plus miles- so I feel lucky. However, the reason for the 4 stars, not 5, is that I kept asking the financial rep to add the rust protection package to my total cost since we did NOT even bother them with haggling the original sticker price, but he just kept suggesting other packages instead of adding it-so we're disappointed...don't feel "closure"with that.
