Friendly staff- especially Josh -just a genuinely nice person...he had to detail my new 2019 Sportage himself since the staff that usually do detailing had already gone home..I know as a salesman, he normally wouldn't have to do that....also, we have had great success with Kia vehicles-still have a 2010 Kia Forte- since 2011- and it has been very reliable- finally having trouble at 140,000 plus miles- so I feel lucky. However, the reason for the 4 stars, not 5, is that I kept asking the financial rep to add the rust protection package to my total cost since we did NOT even bother them with haggling the original sticker price, but he just kept suggesting other packages instead of adding it-so we're disappointed...don't feel "closure"with that.
