    This Toyota service never have enough staff to do the job. Always some type of excuse. The employees called in sick or never came to work.

  • Not so bad

    I've been to this dealership for the last 7 years. They have generally been very helpful, honest, and prompt in service or estimates when service would be completed. Customer service has improved since the inception of an electronic appointment service. There is a dedicated staff person who will handle your appointment rather than service desk staff. The waiting area is cramp and noisy, with chairs very uncomfortable.

  • Shaky service - but get job done

    A little lazy - prefer to follow service bulletins whenever possible. They do however, get the work done. A little arrogant too, don't like to listen to customers much.

  • My First New Car- an FJ Cruiser

    The service department applied an unapproved product on my car even before I took delivery . The FJ Cruiser needs no additional corrosion protection. They sprayed undercoat on the vehicle . Toyota has contacted me stating it does not recommend undercoating the FJ. Parts affected include : the PVC wheelwells , outside trim , brakes , rubber electrical connector gaskets that make it water safe, and any original corrosion protection applied at the factory. It's a sticky mess. I'll put it this way- would you buy this car?- even if it is brand new. I'll give this a rating of *( ONE STAR).
    • We came to an agreement. The problem with the undercoating was most likely a result of overspraying rustproofing on the undercoating before it set up.

    • When I went in to get my licence plates. I asked the Service Department Manager if he read the FJ brochure published by Toyota . He said he had not. I'm trying to figure out why this dealership has no product knowledge -or even a professional curiosity about thir products.
