    I leased my car from walser in September and was very pleased with my experience. My salesman took the time to listen to my personal needs/wants/expectations and made sure he got me what i wanted. He made sure he explained everything so I knew exactly what I was getting. We spent quite a bit of time out in the lot deciding on what color I wanted, and he was more than happy to help me in my decision. When I left the dealership, he filled up my gas tank and helped me adjust all the mirrors, seats, etc. for my ride home. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

    In buying our Sienna minivan, I worked with David Berwald and Luke Silovich. They were incredibly professional, fun to work with, and incredibly considerate of my time. You can tell that they genuinely love what they do and enjoy working together (which seems so rare in the industry), which made the buying experience a pleasant one. I will definitely go them with my next car purchase!

    Katie made my buying a Tundra so smooth that I'm buying another vehicle for my wife. I trust Katie and my wife and the Dealership to find the best vehicle and deal for my wife's needs. There are many to choose from and Katie did a great job of listening to my needs so I know she'll do the same for my wife. I'm so glad I bought from Walser Toyota that I'm going to do it again.

    I take a long time to buy cars, and do a thorough job of researching and test driving. Katie -- and the whole team -- did a great job of answering questions, exploring options, offering test drives, comparing models, handling finances and smiling a lot. I'm only two weeks into owning a Camry, but I'm pleased with the purchase.

    My wife and I have bought bought Toyotas from the Rudy Luther dealership since 1985. Over Black Friday weekend we went there to buy a new Highlander and trade in our 2005 Sienna. We were terribly disappointed by the deal we were offered there (low-balled with no effort to keep us as longtime loyal customers in the fold) and so we decided to explore other dealerships in the metro. We did a lot of research. We had heard good things about Walser Toyota and cold-called them about their on-line pricing of new Highlanders. Quentin Allen was our customer specialist on the basis of that call, and he moved swiftly and impressively to honor a better a deal and trade-in, and to persuade us it was time to shift our customer loyalty to Walser. Everything that Quentin said he would do, he did, and (unlike at Rudy Luther's) his team leader John also weighed in to seal the deal within a few days. The trade-in was done on a Wednesday, and we drove home a brand new 2012 Highlander LTD on that Friday. Very positive experience at Walser Toyota, so bravo to them and to Quentin Allen.

    I hate buying cars. But I knew I had to replace my 97 Infinity before it got to be the dead of winter. So I compared lots of cars online and found that Walser Toyota had very competitive prices on a few of their used cars that met my criteria. So I went in to check out the car I saw online and met Luke, who turned out to be a very easy-going, no pressure sales guy. We took the car for a spin, I liked it - a lot. So we sat down and went through the numbers. They made me a very generous offer on my old Infinity, and had a 0% financing offer. I finally pulled the trigger and got a great car. Sure, I'm never comfortable parting with over $20,000, but Luke and his manager David made it as painless as possible. I would recommend seeing them if you prefer a relaxed, negotiation-free buying experience.

    I shopped several dealerships for a new 2011 Jeep Larado. The other dealerships were informative but not very helpful. I not only got the model I wanted but the color plus a couple extras that I didn't know were available on this model. Darren Shimanski was my sales person and he went above and beyond any salesperson I have ever worked with. He spent half his day answering my questions,addressing my concerns and handled my trade in. I would certainly recommend Darren to my family and friends if they are looking for a new car. Hopefully the Walsers know what an asset Darren is and the rare customer service "skill set" he has.

    One night my wife and I stopped in to look at a used Prius. Curt allowed us to take a long test drive as both my wife and I wanted to check it out. But then we walked in the showroom and my wife spotted the Corolla S and we asked Curt if we could test drive one. We did and it suited us better, so we bought it the next morning. We appreciated the buying process with Curt from start to finish. He was up front with the fact that they do not work on a straight commission basis and that the price on the window is the sales price. I checked on-line with my banks car buying service and the price was almost the same. We made arrangements to finish the purchase and had the car the next morning. We did not feel any stress to buy or any pressure from Curt. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend that if you are looking for a new or used vehicle to go to Walser Bloomington Toyota and have Curt help you find the best car deal for you.

    This dealership took 5 hours to complete the purchas process for one and when my son got home with the car and found a speaker blown had the guile to tell him they wouldn't fix it unless he bought a service policy. For the cost of a cheap door speaker they ruined a future relationship.

    I purchased a 2013 Toyota Venza from Alex M. Alex is the best sales person that I have ever worked with. Absoultely no pressure and a very relaxed envirnoment. I would recommend Alex at Walser Toyota to anyone in the car market. Great Job and keep up the great work!
