by Andrea on 07/05/2017My husband and I went in to possibly drive off with a new car. Not knowing what to expect with spending the last few years rebuilding our credit, we were expecting the worst. I chose the car I wanted, gave them a number, and they exceeded… beyond what I thought would be reasonable. Andy, Adam, and the whole crew who helped us were amazing and treated us like we had a million dollars. That is no exaggeration. To Freeway Ford: We want to publicly thank you for your hospitality, willingness to fight for what we needed in financing, and making us feel at home while we waited with our busy little boys. They were kind enough to hold a car that there was a high demand for until I could make it back to complete the transaction.Great Service, clean facility.

Best car buying experience I have ever had!

He was very knowledgeable about the particular vehicle I was interested in, and was quick to offer a test drive. He explained the features thoroughly and made… sure I was comfortable operating them. He was very patient(I had 2 children under age 10 with me), and made sure to answer each of my questions. I left the dealership that day to look at a vehicle at another dealership, he offered his card and said he would follow up with me the next week. No pressure whatsoever. I test drove a different vehicle at another dealership and was instantly grateful for his low-key approach. I knew I would be going back to Freeway Ford. Patrick reached out to me the following week as promised, and worked with my hectic schedule for a follow up visit. I couldn't be more pleased with my new vehicle and the service I received from everyone at Freeway Ford. I have already passed his card on to my friends! Quick and easy

I was in and out with in an hour having found and picked my vehicle… and gotten numbers. HOWEVER, the general manager Greg, and my sales person Luke were very apologetic and did everything in their power to make it… right. Mistakes happen and I must say I left feeling taken care of because of these two gentleman. I would recommend this dealership mainly because of the great service from Greg and Luke. Luke was the best car salesman I have encountered as he was genuine, honest, and 100% comitted to helping me leave happy by fixing whatever he could.We always work hard to continue to improve, Dathanas! He was very helpful in not only explaining the the great features of the New expedition but was quick to help locate the vehicle that best fit my… needs. He did not try to sell me a vehicle that was more than I needed. He also did not talk badly about other brands that I was looking at, (Suburban, Q7) he only focused on how good the Expedition was and let the vehicle finish selling it self.
