Best car buying experience I have ever had! Patrick was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the particular vehicle I was interested in, and was quick to offer a test drive. He explained the features thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable operating them. He was very patient(I had 2 children under age 10 with me), and made sure to answer each of my questions. I left the dealership that day to look at a vehicle at another dealership, he offered his card and said he would follow up with me the next week. No pressure whatsoever. I test drove a different vehicle at another dealership and was instantly grateful for his low-key approach. I knew I would be going back to Freeway Ford. Patrick reached out to me the following week as promised, and worked with my hectic schedule for a follow up visit. I couldn't be more pleased with my new vehicle and the service I received from everyone at Freeway Ford. I have already passed his card on to my friends!
