She had us in and out in a jiffy! Tammy has always been one of my… favorite people at Demmer - but please, give her back her wonderful duck collection! While waiting in the lounge area one customer asked "why are you here?" I mentioned "Oil change". Customer "Did they not mention this is wot working… or this needs replaced or other things?" My response "No. Never". There was/is never a pressure from the staff.Thank you for the positive review as well as your continued business! We appreciate your loyalty & look forward to seeing you back in the future.

Ford F150 Purchase
by regnier on 04/09/2018updated 04/19/2018We have been dealing with Jack Demmer Ford for about 12 years and have never had any issues. Mike Phillips is a great sales person with timing and delivery. He always has all the paperwork done correctly and the car/truck is always ready on… time for pick up. The only issues I have with the dealership is they never offer any kind of returning customer incentives like free oil changes or anything else. We have recommend a lot of our friends and family to this dealership. I just think Ford could be a little better with offering some kind of loyalty program to returing customers like GM and FCA do for their customers.Thank you so much for the positive review as well as you continued business. We truly appreciate both & are glad Mike Phillips keeps you coming back. We hope you are enjoying your F150 and we are certainly grateful for all of the referral business you send our way. Hopefully in the future we will have better loyalty offerings for you & other other customers.

by Bowler299 on 01/05/2018My car was not heating up and Naturally I went to the Dealer I purchased the car from. I was car number 4 to roll into the garage at 7:00 a.m.. I told them what was the problem and they took information, including a number where they… could reach. At 8:00 a.m. the shuttle bus took us to our destinations. I was going home and as we reached my house they called to say my car was ready (in less than 2 hours they have found the problem and fixed my car (and also checked all the fluids and tire pressure). Unreal! The cost was reasonable too! I have purchased nothing but Ford vehicles since 1977 and I have always been satisfied with the cars and the service.Thank you so much for the positive review, kind words, and loyalty to Ford! We are glad our Service department was able to provide you with a timely 5-star experience and that we were able to get you back out on the roads driving safely. I had no idea when to expect it back and I had to… call to inquire about the statusWe are sorry that you didn't get frequent updates on the status of your vehicle. We understand the importance of communicating with a customer whose vehicle we are caring for and appreciate you letting us know that we didn't meet our own expectations during your interaction with us. We will take the issue back to our Service team to better serve you and the rest of our customers moving forward.
