    The services were completed in a timely manner. Just was disappointed with how a situation went down. I had went in, told them I needed an oil change and I had a recall on my truck. I did additionally have an engine light on, and I thought the light was attributed to the fact I had a recall on my truck. I did not explicitly say I had a light on though. I came and got my truck, I had went an hour out of my way to come to this specific dealer as well. When I picked up my truck and left, I noticed my engine light was on. I called to say I saw it was still on, thought maybe they just didn't clear the code. I was talked down to at first, telling me the light wouldn't go off after an oil change, and I understood that. Then I was told "well you never told us there was a light on..." which I can understand. I never did tell them the light was on. But I also know they plug the vehicles in, run any codes that are on. So in theory, they should have also seen it and known. When they (the dealer) pulled up my paper work, they admitted they saw the code, and that the person who ran the code, should have notified management to then call me. But they untimely said I should have said something so they knew to look for the light/ code. Just sucked I had to go back out there a few days later to get the engine light problem them fixed. I have learned you should go in there knowing all your issues, tell the mechanics EXACTLY what you need. Even go to an AutoZone and get codes ran prior to going in so you can tell them what is needed to be done.

    They were very prompt on time didn't take long at all! Also gave me a couple options of tires I could purchase came in for oil change and pricing was great!

    They haven’t failed me once. Been going to this dealership since I was a kid with my parents and one thing I can say for sure this dealership has what you need at reasonable prices with affordable warranties. All I can is I’m on my 4th vehicle from this exact location. And nicest and most understanding sales and mechanical departments. If I could rate 10 stars you guys definitely deserve it.

    Had engine light on. They got me in, found problem, car done in a few hours. Shuttle driver nicest. Good communication.

    Regina The Queen gave me a 4 Day Test Dr. on a beautiful electric blazer Melissa and sales and service help me get that set up. She was the gym and I think his name was John. He came out to show me all the features in the car. That’s a truly amazing machine. My experience at Joe Lunghamer was amazing. Regina the Queen will be the person I think about when I decide to get a new car.

    I brought my 2007 Yukon in because of a coolant leak from a hose attacked to the heater core. The parts were less than 200 dollars. I was charged over 700 dollars fin labor fees , 300 of which we’re added to remove a hose that another service department had used commercial adhesive that had to be remove…$330 dollars was added to the price. When I first brought the car in. I was told the total cost would be $550 dollars for parts and labor. The service advisor, Ralph told me they would have to add an addition 2 hrs of labor changes to removed a part that had been glued. When the technician called to tell me the car was ready he told me the total price would be $850 dollars. When I picked up the car I was shocked to find the departs had changed 6 hrs of labor fees for this project which ballooned the cost to over 1100 dollars. To simply replace a hose. I believe I was erroneously billed for an addition 2 hours of labor.. This complete exploitation and highway robbery! It won’t happen again because I will never use this service department again. Nor will I recommend this service department to anyone for anything ever again!! 550 plus 2 hrs labor does not add up to $1100. I got screwed!!

    My service rep was awesome, she understood exactly what was needed at the time, she called me regarding other issue's with my vehicle she did not pressure me to get those other issues completed at that time. Thank you because I was grieving at that time.

    Between drop off and pick up dealer started a credit card fee. Had to argue to get it removed. Nice surprise having to pay a 3% fee on a $2k bill. They did a successful repair on my truck but my blood pressure shouldn’t rise when I go to pick it up.

    Salesperson discouraged us from having our mechanic inspect the car before purchase. I told the salesperson I didn't want the lugnut locks on the wheels. He said he didn't know if they had any replacement lugnuts available and to make an appointment with the service department. Lunghamer's parking lot has hundreds of cars on it and they don't have any lugnuts to swap out? Unbelievable! Never again.
