    Wonderful, per usual! I brought my Blazer in for a 30k tune-up, and the guys found a costly radiator leak. My advisor, Matt, was great! He reminded me that I had purchased Zurich when I bought the car—I had completely forgotten! Fortunately, Zurich covered the cost. Thank you, Matt! He also got me set up with a loaner vehicle for the weekend. I also want to thank Donna—we’ve become pals over the last few years. She is such an asset to Hamilton! And a big thank you to the young lady who walked me through the loaner vehicle process. Thanks, everyone! You’ll always have my business because of the amazing customer service and quality work!

    I had an appointment for 8:00 and I was on my way before 9:00. Fastest oil change and tire rotation I think I've had and earlier than expected.

    Everyone is friendly and nice. The facility is clean and the waiting room is pleasant and stocked with snacks and drinks. My customer service rep Mike Wentwirth (sp?), was helpful and very pleasant.

    This was definitely a out of the ordinary repair but, your team stuck with it and kept me informed. That's all you can really ask for in a situation like this one. It sounded like my truck problems help educate your tech's. Hopefully, I won't be back anytime soon outside of regular maintenance.

    We went to Hamilton for an oil change, for a repair on the back door lock and for a recall on our keys to the car. The dealership was prompt, the place was clean and comfortable while we waited, and the people were very friendly and let us know how long it would take. We were very satisfied with everything.

    The service department is clean and efficient. Employees at the dealership are polite to all customers. The customer lounge is comfortable and includes snacks and beverages. A pleasant experience for an unpleasant task.

    The staff at Hamilton Chevrolet made my visit very pleasant. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. They got my car fixed in record time and got me back on the road so i could attend to my busy schedule. I will for sure be recommending them to friends and family.     Great job, the tech called me directly to tell me my car was done and explained what the situation was and what parts they ordered. Overall great customer service. Only down side was how long it took for my car to get brought up after paying for the service.
