    Dave, in the body shop, did a fantastic job from start to finish repairing my Buick Enclave. After seeing the finished repair and the attention to detail when I picked up the car on Saturday, it was as if the car just came off the assembly line. Thanks for a job well done.

    We could not be happier with our experience(s) at Cooks. During our last purchase I was very pleased with the help and advice I received from Mark Janson and also from Alyssa in completing the transaction. But not just in our most recent purchase, whether it is to see Mark in sales to purchase a vehicle, or talking to the guys in service, the guys in the oil change area, or the ladies in the office we have always been treated well at Cooks and have had a very positive experience.

    It was a great experience with Ben in service being friendly, professional and timely in letting me know what was going on with my Traverse. The mechanic went out of his way to make sure that the job was done perfectly, all the way from detecting the problem, to installing the new module, to changing the trailering wire to ensure that this problem would not reoccur again. I saw my salesman, Mac and he went out of his way to make me feel very welcome at the dealership. My car insurance agent was amazed that I got a loner vehicle. He said that just is not done anymore. I would definately recommend Cook Chevrolet to all of my friends, because they have a great sales team and friendly knowledgeable service.

    We had you replace a worn thermostat and replaced a rear wiper. The vehicle is running very well with a functional rear wiper. I am very pleased

    Good service. But shouldnt take an hour and ten minutes for oil change and tire rotation. And.....GREAT COFFEE, but missed the coplimentary donuts.

    there was a mixed-up about calling me wine the tires cam in so that i could get them this caused a scheduling problem at home. but it worked out.

    The lube technician explained to me the differences in the car oils that you use at your dealership and he knew right away which one was used in my car. I was very impressed by that. I also asked about wiper blade prices and he explained the cost of those also.     I had a routine oil change, and they found a transmission leak. I went to the service department and they found no major problems but said to keep an eye on it and they will check again at next oil change.

    My problem was comparatively mild and was told it would not take too long. It was done in a very timely manner, and I was impressed with the service department.

About our dealership
