by Chris A on 02/27/2025The service guy Joe is really cool. I had to reschedule my appointment several times due to things changing with my job and he helped me every time. Joe has a service first mentality is the type of person that is always on the go and like… what he does. Domenic from sales came to check on me during my visit. Most sales people do not do that and it was very much appreciated. They also have a very nice lady that runs the cashier desk. I was able to get my keys when I picked up my car and she even laughed at one of my dumb jokes. I really enjoy their hands on personalized service. At no time have I ever felt like Im just some guy that bought a car or another customer bringing my car in for service. What a great team!!Chris, thank you for your thoughtful review! It’s great to hear that Joe went above and beyond to accommodate your schedule and that his service-first mentality stood out. Poor salesman ship
by John on 03/16/2020I had been in tough with John Dallaire about a terrain or encore... I had mentioned how great the Feldman Chevrolet deal was on tv. And wondering how close vyletel could be on a terrain. I totally understand the terrain is more money than… the equinox. But the feed back I got from John, was enough to turn me away completely. No sales associate should completely badmouth another dealer and use “BS” . That’s so extremely unprofessional. I’d much rather go out of my way to Feldman. And see what they can do. Just thought I’d let you know. I have liked vyletel for many years but decided to take business else where. Poor sales tactic..Rude customer service

Made an appointment on a Monday at 1:30pm for an oil change, possibly a new battery, and to have the parking break fixed (there was a service bulletin regarding a common electronics issue). We had to call for… updates, received excuses for delays, and didn't get the car back until Wednesday afternoon. Despite the now working parking brake, there was damage to the console around the parking brake button and the button itself was cracked!!! We absolutely did NOT bring the car in with those damages. The service manager was rude and aggressive, adament that they did not cause the damages and refused to take responsibility. We were left with no recourse in a he-said she-said situation so we now, after two days in their care, have a cosmetically damaged vehicle. What a terrible experience all around.
