Dealership Service Review
Horrible service department!! Made an appointment on a Monday at 1:30pm for an oil change, possibly a new battery, and to have the parking break fixed (there was a service bulletin regarding a common electronics issue). We had to call for updates, received excuses for delays, and didn't get the car back until Wednesday afternoon. Despite the now working parking brake, there was damage to the console around the parking brake button and the button itself was cracked!!! We absolutely did NOT bring the car in with those damages. The service manager was rude and aggressive, adament that they did not cause the damages and refused to take responsibility. We were left with no recourse in a he-said she-said situation so we now, after two days in their care, have a cosmetically damaged vehicle. What a terrible experience all around.
