You brace yourself going into a car dealer. Prepare mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesmen.” And then… they don’t come. Instead, I got friendly people who didn't try to “push” anything on me. They’re helpful. They listen. They’re… accommodating. That was my experience with Sian and Katie. I highly recommend Serra Chevy in Southfield if you are looking for a vehicle and will definitely go back when I'm in the market again.

The price he quoted me on the phone is the price I got. No wait, I got a BETTER… PRICE because his original quote was for 12k miles and I only needed 10k miles. Yours was not the first Chevy dealership I visited, but the others were not able to earn my business. You folks treated me fairly and gave me a great price on my new Volt. However, I am very concerned about the state of my vehicle and future vehicle ownership. This is the 4th time I have had to bring my vehicle in for a… check engine light in 10 months and can only hope that the issue has been resolved. I do wonder if a mere faulty gas cap was the culprit all along, and maybe the airhose and previous parts really needed changing since the same problem persisted. The car has been in-service for 2 and 1/2 years and 40Kplus miles and it is naive to think it will run without issue. I just hope this is not a harbinger of things to come. I do not know if any reassurance can be provided but some loyalty consideration would be nice considering this has cost me about $250 in parts and labor, as well as $150 for the rental I needed when the car was in the shop for a full week.survey
