You brace yourself going into a car dealer. Prepare mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesmen.” And then… they don’t come. Instead, I got friendly people who didn't try to “push” anything on me. They’re helpful. They listen. They’re accommodating. That was my experience with Sian and Katie. I highly recommend Serra Chevy in Southfield if you are looking for a vehicle and will definitely go back when I'm in the market again.
