I was very impressed with his professionalism and drive to go the extra mile to ensure that I am satisfied with my purchase. I am overall satisfied with my experience. Although I did not purchase on my first visit, Rory left such a lasting impression on me… that a few months later when I was ready to make a purchase I knew just who I wanted to work with ... RORY!!! He was phenomenal at helping me make the best decision for me at the BEST DEAL he could offer. :-)! Rory removed A LOT of the stress involved with the decision to purchase a car and was very accommodating throughout the process. He did this with the utmost courtesy and patience and I REALLY appreciate his professionalism and assistance. Rory is definitely a great asset to PAGE TOYOTA. Our previous minivan was almost at 300,000 miles, so it was about time to find a new one. Bill Orr was the sales consultant that worked with us and he was great.… Informative, friendly, and efficient. There was no pressure to during the whole process, which made the experience more enjoyable than I had expected. Thank you to Rory Rays who was our… salesperson and Becky Yee our initial contact, @ Page Toyota for working with us over the phone/text/email, and for working so smoothly with our bank (Lake Michigan Credit Union) for financing. Given that at the time we have a newborn and driving to Southfield would have been next to impossible I can't thank you enough for making sure this really was a vehicle we would love and then delivering it to our door. by koolkat13 on 08/17/2017I started a Rav 4 lease in April 2017. It took FOREVER for the credit & financing checks to go through. I was at the dealership over 5 hours & was so burned out by the end. I wasn't expecting to leave with a new car, so I didn't have the… spare keys for my old car that I turned in & left behind on that day. My salesperson, Janice Whitman, failed to tell me that if the keys weren't with the car when it was inspected I would be charged. She said I could mail them in since I live an hour away. I did, but it wasn't fast enough. I got a bill for $160. I began a month-long stressful ordeal trying to get Page Toyota to take responsibility for their neglect. I spoke to the sales manager, Jason Dunsmore who didn't lift a finger to help until I threatened to go over his head. I found out that Janice flat out LIED & said she did tell me about the potential charge... It was a mess. If you decide to try Page Toyota use extreme caution. Make sure you ask a million questions & get as much information as possible up front because once they've got your money you don't matter any more.Toyota Highlander

Throughout my purchase she was sure to keep me informed of the status of my newly ordered 2017 Toyota Highlander AWD… Limited and made sure that it came with all the extras we wanted. Once the vehicle arrived she quickly informed me and was able to add one more extra feature prior to picking up our new Toyota. Dean got me the deal I asked for and was able to have me leave a very happy customer. It didn't take but a couple of hours from… start to finish!!! I would tell anyone buying a car to go to Page Toyota first. Other places just wasted my time. I can't thank Page Toyota enough!! I absolutely LOVE my Avalon!!!!Not a thorough dealer
by Heheski on 01/20/2017Drove over an hour to get to dealer. Had a car I liked and planed to buy. Got to dealer and they didn't mention it was repaired, tobacco in the car they didn't clean out. Scratches all over car as well. Family member works at a car… dealership and if a car was presented like it was at this dealership, and not presented honestly they'd have their butts kicked. I would say they tried to be dishonest about it and cover up large things. Then they say the manager isn't working that day so can't change lower price. Your saying you have these ppl coming to buy cars all day and nobody is there to adjust prices? Oh wait all of a sudden the manager is right in the front office. How funny! He's now here to discuss a lower price since I pretty much told you I don't want the car for the price you gave me. Haven't been to too many dealerships in my life but once you start trying to hid and lie about plenty of scratches on the car and a repaired door that appears an accident occurred, forget about it. Especially when you know we are driving all the way. Definitely not a company that will stay in business for generations when you are deceptive and very misleading about cars. Very dissatisfied.Love our Rav4

Colleen was able to place us in a vehicle same day so we… said goodbye to our previous car and left the lot in our new Rav 4. It is absolutely a great ride and so much fun to drive! Every aspect of the transaction was smooth and easy from describing the car we wanted to test driving to signing the finance paperwork with Kristie. And did I mention that 0% financing is a perfect way to top off our purchase?Page Toyota Sales Experience
