He had open communication the entire time. I was in and out and done very quickly and found… exactly what I wanted.

GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH YOUNG

Totally a great experience with buy, finance and the gentlemen who taught us how to use the system. We already know of… the great service provided by Jeff and the service department. With that being said it should also be noted that they were extremely non-pushy. My associate was Ted and did everything he could do… until I was satisfied. Young's is a great dealership and have always heard great things about them, it lived up to everything that I thought it would be.josh Galardi surpasses al expectations.

He took the time to help me under stand the options available so that there were no surprises when my car arrived. I am sure that was frustrating and took time but I… will for sure be a repeat customer. I was talking with 2 other dealers and their main focus seemed to be getting me into the showroom to look for the car with them. I have 3 kids and spent months away from home this summer while my daughter underwent a limb lengthening. The last thing I wanted to do was take my family to the dealer and sit and wait. I can honestly say that I have NEVER received such all around amazing customer service in any service industry. She and her employees were kind in their… conversation, knowledgeable of their craft, and creative in getting me the absolute best deal. I come from a Ford family so it was nerve racking to change it up a bit, but I can really say that this is where I plan to call home for a very long time.Helen
