Lori immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed right when I walked in the door. I can honestly say that I have NEVER received such all around amazing customer service in any service industry. She and her employees were kind in their conversation, knowledgeable of their craft, and creative in getting me the absolute best deal. I come from a Ford family so it was nerve racking to change it up a bit, but I can really say that this is where I plan to call home for a very long time.
