The buying process was easy and flawless. We got a great new vehicle and fair trade in value. The dealership is a bit far from home but definitely worth the drive. Customer service was fantastic and pricing was good. Mitch was great to work… with, I would definitely recommend.

While this would upset some I appreciate that they told me up front rather than later. I took my truck in for an oil change, tire… rotation, and tire balance. All of the rest of my needs were satisfied but the service person also gave me a suggestion as to how I could properly get my tires balanced.Awesome customer focus

by Jackie on 07/10/2024Had a bad experience today first one in years but still bad. Appt was at 9:30 didn’t take truck in until 10:10. Called to make appt for oil change they asked if I wanted a tire rotation to I said yes. Got there this morning she put vin # in… and didn’t come up she put in wrong number right number and there I am. After about 1 hour 15 minutes I’m done oh good. Went to check out a girl said oil change and I said rotate tires too right no just oil change! She said let me check nope didn’t rotate we can do it but you will have to wait another one ahead of you. She checked with service person she asked if I had requested tire rotation when I called and I said yes. Well we can do it but you will have to wait some more. Then they told me people book online and it doesn’t get in system right away that’s why I have to wait asked did you book online I said no talked to actual person. Who did you talk to idiot get her name didn’t know I needed to but I will next time. Then you can’t use your rewards point and coupons at same time now that’s stupid. I guess that’s all not real happy with McDonalds at the moment and we’ve bought cars and trucks there for more than 20 years and this is the first bad review I ever gave.Best in Customer Service
