I have a truck with custom rims/tires and rather than "try" to do a tire balance they said that could not. While this would upset some I appreciate that they told me up front rather than later. I took my truck in for an oil change, tire rotation, and tire balance. All of the rest of my needs were satisfied but the service person also gave me a suggestion as to how I could properly get my tires balanced.
