    You can tell they care. I also appreciate the fact that they don't try to sell me something I don't need.

    How it all started, with one question. "What exactly does minimum trade up to $4,000.00 mean?" Mr. Skip Young took the time to explain it, and the conversation lead to an appointment with Mr. Greg Miller, test drive with Mr. Jeff Darden, and signing contracts with Mrs. Lisa Sprague. From start to finish, top notch people to work with. Took time to explain everything, and answered all of my questions. Outstanding customer service! Very pleased with my Forte, and no doubt I will be back when the lease ends. Many thanks to Skip, Greg, Jeff, and Lisa your level of professionalism, knowledge, and customer service. It is greatly appreciated.

    The service staff (especially Brandon or Brendan (sp?)) is always super nice and helpful and makes it a pleasant experience. I'm sorry if I spelled his name wrong.

    Kody Slaght is very helpful and friendly. He really listens to what you're looking for and give you options. This is my second time leasing with Kody and I will continue to go back to him when it's time to renew!

    Everyone was so kind and friendly and helpful even though I had a pretty limited financial situation happening. Jeff went out of his way to find me a deal that both my wallet and my heart was happy with. Also Jeff told the truth. He didn't BS me or make me feel dumb for asking for what I asked for. He said it would be a challenge but he'd do his best and then he did just that. We'd just come from a bad experience at another dealership that left me feeling like a nice car was an impossibility, so my experience at KIA was extra special.

    the customer service is just awesome!! fast and friendly--clean waiting area and restrooms..and they offer coffee and or tea while you wait.

    Our salesman Neil was GREAT! He answered all our questions and then some, he was very patient with us since this is our first Kia w, we had lots of questions. He made us feel right at home.

    Fast,friend. They listen to what you say. They also try to explain to you different sinareols to why your issues.

    the sales people are very friendly and knowledgable. They will go out of their way to get the car you need and want that was my experience very happy with my new car.

    Overall experience was great with the sales consultant and sales staff at kia of Lansing. We really enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere and friendliness of the staff. Our wants and needs were heard and a best option was provided to us among alternatives. In the end we are happy with our end purchase of Kia Sorento.

    My sales team were exceptional. They stayed after closing for me to finish everything up and were very patient. Very pleasant to work with and not pushy or off putting in anyway.

    Staff was Friendly, service was prompt, the price was very reasonable. I would like to be notified if you have any roll over plans on car leases in the upcoming year. My lease is up in September and I would like to release a new car, but might have trouble with another down payment, so roll over would be beneficial.

    It was quick and there wasn't any pressure to do anything I didn't want to do. I got divorced filed for bankruptcy and I had to find a car quick. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to get a car until the bankruptcy was discharged. Kia was able to get me into a 2016 at a price I can handle. I am grateful! I have always purchased my cars from a dealer across town. They were not able to accommodate me. I think I am gonna stick with Kia for all future car purchases.

    My sales rep Jeff Darden did his absolute best to get me a good and fair deal, everything was done in a professional manner, everything explained in depth so I knew exactly what I was getting. Just an overall good experience and I love my car!

    Everything. Staff is wonderful, attentive and focused. No hard sell, just very accommodating and kept us on budget. We were giddy to come in, try out cars, get a great value on our trade and go home with a new vehicle in a matter of hours.
