Extremely disappointed

He was very knowledgeable and courteous and if his desire is to continue sales, he will become one… of the great legacy employees for Feldman. The service staff (including Mike) and the Zac in financing were equally great to work with. This was our first time going through a dealership to get a car and they all made us feel very comfortable and confident about our decition. At first we thought we… wanted a 2012 terain, but once we had it for a day or two we decided we really did not like it. We did there 3 day buy back program with no problems and they gave us a great deal and helped us find exactly what we wanted for the exact payments we wanted leasing instead of buying. When the work was finished he… called me and I picked up my vehicle with no hassle. I'm very happy with Feldman's from my initial purchase a year ago up to the present. Everyone I've had contact with has been very courteous and professional..excellent service
