    I scheduled an appointment online, which was straightforward and hassle-free. I took my Equinox in due to a diagnostic alert regarding an exhaust emission problem. Upon my arrival, Mark welcomed me and provided a clear explanation of the costs associated with the necessary checks. Later that day, he contacted me with details about the issue and the estimated expenses. Within 24 hours, my vehicle was ready for pickup. The repairs are covered by a two-year warranty, and I am very satisfied with the outcome; my car is now running smoothly.

    Wally Edgar Chevrolet service department recently performed work on my 2019 Colorado. The truck had quite a few issues. The customer service manager and service technician worked with me to prioritize what to repair. I contacted other dealerships and auto repair shops to get estimates for the repairs. The cost at Wally Edgar was the lowest amongst all of the shops I contacted. I would highly recommend them to service your vehicle(s).

    The power steering function in my 2018 Malibu lease car failed while I was driving on Sat. night. I immediately made an appointment for service for the next Wednesday because of the holidays. I was given a loaner so I didn't have to wait at the dealership for my repairs to be done. The repairs were completed the same day.

    Had the car in for an oil change and to check the breaks. Made an appointment. Work was quickly done and they kept me informed of the progress. I use a cane to help get around and the service guy br4ought my car right up to me instead of having me walk to the back lot. Thank you!

    Justin was helpful, respectful and efficient. He squeezed me in and got the job done so quickly. The thing that stood out the most was his attitude; he was so positive, friendly and polite. He made me feel special. I wish all the service guys everywhere were like that!

  • Charged $63 for not fixing or identifying knocking sound

    Charged me $63 to tell me they think the knocking sound from the drivetrain was a stone in my tire. I've taken my car in here before for warped rotors (wearable item) and a squeaky steering wheel and they fixed both issues for free, but now charged me for not even finding the issue. If this is how the dealership operates now, I can't see them being in business much longer. The only good thing about this trip is the fixed my leaking water pump (14371 – Coolant Leak from the Water Pump) at no charge, rightfully.
