The customer service manager and service technician worked with me to prioritize what to repair. I contacted other… dealerships and auto repair shops to get estimates for the repairs. The cost at Wally Edgar was the lowest amongst all of the shops I contacted. I would highly recommend them to service your vehicle(s).Great customer service!

I immediately made an appointment for service for the next Wednesday because of the holidays. I was given a loaner so I didn't have to wait at… the dealership for my repairs to be done. Charged $63 for not fixing or identifying knocking sound
by 0ptions on 04/06/2017Charged me $63 to tell me they think the knocking sound from the drivetrain was a stone in my tire. I've taken my car in here before for warped rotors (wearable item) and a squeaky steering wheel and they fixed both issues for free, but now… charged me for not even finding the issue. If this is how the dealership operates now, I can't see them being in business much longer. The only good thing about this trip is the fixed my leaking water pump (14371 Coolant Leak from the Water Pump) at no charge, rightfully.Hello! We've made a lot of wonderful changes since your visit!
