by Saadya Hayat on 12/01/2021My 2021 Kia Seltos wouldn’t start after a few tries and was towed to Seelye dealership for evaluation. Vehicle was kept overnight and several diagnostic tests were run to check battery life and performance. When I emailed Matt Henegar, my… sales professional about my Kia, he took control of updating me on the status of my vehicle and offered a ride back to the dealership once my vehicle was ready for pick up. My car was washed too when I requested that! The service Manager Mark H was equally informative, took care of the situation and ensured that I wouldn’t run into any problems moving forward. Matt and Mark have proven their professionalism like always, and the assurance that I can rely on Seelye when I contact the right person/s is the best feeling.My first brand new car

They actually were able to… get me my vehicle before the weekend was even up. They literally try to be as accommodating as possible! 😁Excellent and exceeded expectations
