Refreshing Transparency: Positive Vibes
by JoeOshtemo on 06/25/2023Like many dealerships, Seelye did not have the best reputation for best-in-class service or sales practices in the PAST. There appears to be a very positive shift in the culture, which emanates from the top. The entire sales experience was… extraordinary, starting with a smile and a greeting from the receptionist. I had an unusual situation with a "back lot" trade that might sell in the $4,000-$,6000 AND low-mileage Yukon, which the internet retailed at $29,000- $36,000. I am a "car-guy" and had 3-ring binders for both, with EVERY service record in hand. And, I had detailed each, so they were "put it on the lot ready", clay bar, oil change, new cabin filters, yada yada. This appraiser not only took my books into account, but the appearance, as well and made "IN the zone" trade offers accordingly. My sales guy was completely transparent in terms of being compensated on unit sales, not commission and took a ton of time to find the "must haves" that I sought. Both vehicles were taken in, the deal was written up and sweetened with "paint-fabric" and both my sales guy and his partner came out to house to get the "starter car". He then did what it took to get me in the equipment I wanted and the color, within a day. I also came to know the philanthropic ventures done for the community, by the dealer principal, which explained the culture and the vibes in the showroom.We can’t thank you enough for writing this awesome review for our dealership! excellent experience
by Carol on 05/28/2023Kyle Shirley sold me my 2019 Ford Escape, which was totaled in an Accident on Mother's day. I was caught in a high speed chase between 2 rival gangs shooting at each other. The first car made it through their red light the second hit me.… Because I had such an excellent assistance from Kyle with the first car, I texted to see if he was working on Friday, May 26. He texted back he was and set an appointment time for 1 pm. Your dealership was extremely busy, but Kyle did an excellent job again helping me find the right cars to test drive. Because he had a prior commitment to another customer, he arranged for Bryce to ride with me on my test drives. Bryce was also very helpful and was able to guide me trough the new electronics on the cars and answer every question I threw at him. I ended up buying a 2021 Ford Escape with low milage.
