I started off with John Kerry and was unsure what I wanted so he got me to try another salesman named Keith in the autogroup to show me another choice. They both worked tirelessly,… like around the clock, to get me what I wanted. A month later I finally found something that I wanted and worked for my budget. Frightening experience!!!
by Curtis Frost on 06/22/2024First contact was Anthony, who expected me to donate my truck in order to buy the 2023 King Ranch I was looking at! I gave Anthony the mileage numbers on my truck, and he apparently misunderstood what I said, and my trade value went right… down the drain. Foortunately, when I drove down from Ludington, Rob met me at the door. Rob asked me the numbers also, I told him, and he was able to straighten things out and save me a lot of grief! I got what I was hoping for after all and bought the truck. To be absolutely honest, Anthony appeared to not want to talk to me, and I would not have blamed him, as I'm a fair-sized guy. When I left, I told Anthony he wasn't on my list anymore, and he seemed relieved! The entire process was quite smooth, and I appreciate it. Rob, the Car Couch was a big help. I mean Rob the Car Coach was! I thank all the staff for a very pleasant experience!We would like to thank you for sharing this review. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us grow as a dealership.
