    Our experience was nothing but excellent, we worked with Greg Cook on getting our new Chevrolet Equinox and we are just thrilled to have had the experience we had at Art Moehn Chevrolet. The dealership was top notch, we went from not expecting much to proud new owners and they showed us everything about our new car. We couldn't be anymore happy.

    Jamie Nastally was absolutely phenomenal! Got us in the car we needed, not the one we thought we wanted. Went in to get a Cruze but walked out with a Malibu, and for almost the same price! Absolutely love all the upgrades we got with it as well. He gave us a tour of the dealership, and explained how we could schedule our first service appointment, which was handy because we have always done our own work. We will definitely be going to see Jamie when we upgrade our other car in a few years

    The staff was absolutely calm and collective. Jason Ashenfelter made our buying experience extremely positive. We will be definitely looking back to Art Moehn for a new car specifically Jason Ashenfelter.

    If I could give less than a 1, I would. Our sales rep Nick was rude, he didn't listen to what we were trying to look for and kept trying to sell us on a different vehicle then what we weren't interested in (that was $2,000 out of the budget he had just asked us about), and he flat out lied to us. We were interested in a Buick, and were ready to buy that day, but the drivers side seat was messed up. We told him, that if they would fix the seat, we would talk numbers to make the purchase. It was the day after Christmas, so he said the upholstery guy would be in the next day to take a look at it. This was after we made him go ask his manager if they were going to let a seat lose a sale, because he kept arguing that it couldn't/wouldn't be fixed. Before we left the dealership that night, he said he would call us and let us know when the seat was done so we could come back and take a look. He NEVER mentioned needing money down to hold the car. The next day, my mom and step-dad call to check in on the vehicle - no response. I then receive a voicemail from Nick that the seat is done and "it looks almost as good as new. Let me know if you want me to take a few pictures and text it to you." I relayed the message to my mom and they went to look at it. When they arrived, ANOTHER COUPLE WAS DRIVING THE VEHICLE. When confronted, Nick said that we didn't put money down and that if this couple didn't want it, we could make a deal. We were NEVER told we had to put money down, and the whole reason the seat got fixed in the first place was BECAUSE OF US!!! When we spoke to the manager, the manager swore he would get to the bottom of it and call us back - he NEVER did!! We were so disappointed in the rude staff who flat out lied to us, that we will NEVER go back!

    We shopped dealers to replace our two older cars. At Art Moehn, Garth Teller answered all our questions and his willingness to give a detailed explanation was impressive. He helped us select the right cars for us and helped us get acquainted with the features that were new to us

    My family had always bought vehicles from Art Moehn, and you never disappoint. No car will ever run perfectly, but the service we received from Fadi Mustafa was outstanding. He made our decision to lease and the process in general very easy! He is a great asset to your company!

    Finally broke down and bought a new Impala. The car is everything and more that I have wanted. I dealt with the salesman Fadi and I told him what I wanted and the timeframe and it was at the dealership all shined up ready to go when he said it would. Also a great touch that whenever I come in to get an oil change he always pops in to see how things are going.

    Prior to 2014, my wife and I had purchased one new vehicle during our lifetime. We vowed to never buy new again because of the instant vehicle depreciation following the purchase and exiting of the dealership lot. Therefore, we recently began our search for a newer used vehicle. After several test drives, perusing used car warranty offers, and price comparisons we discovered a new car would be the best option. We visited several dealership websites ranging from Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio. We narrowed our search to local dealerships in Michigan, within 50 miles of Jackson, and with high customer review ratings for sales and service. Consequently, we found ourselves choosing from Art Moehn’s inventory. We dreaded the customary pushy car salesperson interaction and/or dialog that causes a less than enjoyable experience. However, our salesman, Justin Batshon, turned our car purchasing experience upside down. He simply gathered information about our needs and wants and pointed us in the right direction. In addition, he helped us setup mobile apps related to our purchase… such as OnStar and Pandora. He also provided quick tips about our vehicle’s options. We highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle from Art Moehn’s of Jackson, Michigan. Be sure to see Justin Batshon, the revolutionary car salesman!

    We recently purchased a 2012 vehicle from Art Moehn Chevrolet-Honda, and would like to share our positive experience with others considering this dealership. We were looking for a specific vehicle, and were fortunate enough to find it on their website through an internet search. In our search, however, we learned that the internet can be both a blessing and a curse when looking for used vehicles; a curse when you run into ‘shady’ characters offering that ‘Too Good to be True’ deal, but a blessing when you encounter honest salesman such as Brent C. From our first encounter to our last, we neither felt pressured or ill-advised about our purchase. Many things stand out about our experience with Brent; his willingness to accommodate our schedule by holding the vehicle for our test-drive, no high pressure phone calls while we made our decision, his immediate action to buff out a scratch we noticed on the vehicle, and his offer of a fair price well below book value. And lastly, though ‘surprises’ are not always a good thing when purchasing a used vehicle, a full tank of gas for our debut drive home certainly was…thank you Brent and Art Moehn Chevrolet-Honda for a pleasant buying experience!

    I requested pricing on a new Honda Civic and just recieved a pencil written number back. Very poor follow up and service for purchasing a new car. I left and went to the internet and found very detailed pricing and more money for my trade at a dealer in Lansing, MI. Did deal over the phone, went and picked up my new car the same day.
    • Price can be negotiated anywhere but the most important is the service I get. I have taken my Hondas to Art Moehn for service even though I hadn't bought there and found Adam super helpful. They've driven me to a shopping mall when service was going to take a while and even covered lunch when time took longer. Some small services they haven't even charged for. I finally did buy a used 2011 Odessey from them and had no problem with the deal. After I kidded about taking it home the day I saw it, before I paid, Eric was willing to let me take it home. Parts even gave me a better price on mats for it. I have not had any work done in the bump shop. I have excellent Roberts here in Chelsea but the service and attitude toward the customer is excellent at Art Moehn Honda.
