    Both Jerry and Sopha were very easy to work with. Jerry was honest and forthright about issues that were not visible to me, and helpful about things that didn't really need fixing (mouse nest vs a new blower.) They both offered recommendations to avoid future issues.

    Quick and easy. Discussed getting a new filter and battery drain issues in the future. When I told him that I would do these things on my own, he did not try to pressure me into paying $50 for an in cabin filter.
