6 Stars if it were possible
by April on 01/20/2023First - My car was having some strange issues with the Windshield wipers, the front ones stopped working completely, and the back one was acting like it was possessed, no joke. It was legit coming on at random times while driving, squirting… washer fluid like it was purging a demonic spirit. Booked an appointment to come in, on the Ford app. Never received a confirmation, or phone call back which was requested. I didn't know if the app appt request had even gone through, and I was an idiot and didn't screen shot it. So I called after my appointment was missed (b/c I didn't know when it was) and the person I spoke with was not exactly pleasant and said that it would be a few more weeks to get me in. I advised I was under warranty, this is a safety hazard, and never received a confirmation or phone call. (I know this is off to a bumpy start...but it gets better!) The human on the phone asked how soon I could bring it in, and I stated as soon as the next morning @7:30. They said "we'll see you at 7:30". I got there - expecting another difficult interaction, but the gentleman who took my car was delightful, he pointed me to my advisor Scott, and said he could take care of me from there. Then there was Scott. Scott singlehandedly turned my experience into the best case scenario. He was absolutely wonderful. He kept me posted on everything, was friendly, kind, and just plain amazing. Parts needed to be ordered, and it was going to be raining for the next few days, so he helped get me a loaner. I can't express how much communication and understanding can change the tone of a "problem". I felt the loop the entire time. I can't say enough about how everything went, with the help of Scott.Thank you for reaching out, April!
